I want to try my hand at requests. I primarily write angst, as I'm not too good at fluff, but I'm always willing to try. I can do Klaus Hargreeves x Reader, and Diego Hargreeves x Reader. My ask box is open for a limited time.
I don't write smut. At all. I might get a little âšspicyâš but that's it. ALSO if you could send a song to accompany the vibe you want, that would be great!
so, once upon a time, there were a bunch of super-powered babies all born on the same day. seven of these lucky little weirdos got adopted by a genius billionaire developed some daddy issues.
now, letâs try to get over it and save the world.
I let this blog kinda die, lmao. I just moved to a new city, started a new job, and am basically adjusting now. It's all weird. I'm lowkey homesick, lowkey not. But I'm managing. So, uh, sorry for disappearing.

You smashed your back against the mottled wooden door, your body heaving and panting as you chased silence. If they couldnât hear you, couldnât see you- somehow you knew youâd be safe for at least one more night. The cavernous city below had started crumbling and everything smelled like decay. Even if the dead could track your scent, the ever-present stench of bone and blood and sinew would cloak you and Diego.
You could feel him shaking next to you from exertion as shambling movements in the hallway grew closer. You grabbed his hand as you felt the shudder against your backs. You but your lip to ensure you didnât cry out as the wood jolted against you with a force you thought impossible.
To his credit, Diego has pushed the initial group back all on his own. You had been sleeping in a street-side alcove when the recently deceased descended on your little camp. Somehow he managed to fend them back and drag you into a mad dash for the nearest shelter in the concrete jungle around you. He looked pale, his gaunt face reflected too many nights without sleep and a sheen of sweat coated his skin as he strained against the door. The blood from that morning was already dry yet you felt the icy sting of fear every time you glanced over at it.
The skyscraper was bent as if it too had given up on the world and what was left in it. Yet the half stable floors confused the brainless hordes and let you climb higher than they could even comprehend until it was finally safe. Mostly safe that was- a pocket of them had been stuck in one of the rooms at the opposite end of the hall when the bombs dropped and the world tried to end.
Thankfully the rotting floor gave way and you could hear most of them crash into the mangled floors below. The few that made it across ran into their walls and doors as they tried to detect what they had heard. It took hours for them to move in and although you hadnât been confronted that time you could still see them in your mindâs eye: the unshriven dead dragging their ravenous bodies towards what little stimuli they could still recognize. Some of their eyes melted down their faces when the bombs dropped and the searing heat left trails of where the egg-like whites had once run. Others had clawed so desperately at life that their fingers were peeled clean to the bone down to their first knuckles, partially coagulated blood fermented with decay and debris would ooze from under the few remaining flecks of skin as they clawed at the world around them.
For the rest of the night, even after the entrance to the suite was barricaded, you could almost feel their rotten mushy teeth pressing bacteria and infection into your body. The only thing that was certain in the post-apocalypse was death- but that? That was the only thing worse.
By the time the noises stopped outside the room the moon, clouded by toxic smog and heavy with the scent of things better left unwritten, hung heavy in a pregnant sky. You could tell by her curve and the darkness she carried that something was going to go wrong. That everything was going to wrong. Or maybe you had noticed it before- maybe you knew it all along but only now was your brain ready to confront the horror of it all.
Diego had crawled over to a stray mattress, yellowed with its type of rot and stained with red that you shouldâve known was too bright. For a moment he looked peacefully then the entire structure around you shuddered violently. You could hear the building shift, itâs already crumbling floors giving way and judging by the noises echoing up through the walls- opening access to more of the undead.
From one of the remaining windows, you could see debris falling outside from higher floors, the seismic disruption drawing whatever corpses still walked around the area. Your mind reeled and you felt panic pouring into your veins. Certainly, this couldnât be the end, not after everything not after all the fighting?
Yet- you were trapped and Diego...he didnât look so good. You rushed to his side, afraid the structural disturbance had already dealt some unseen damage to his already exhausted and weakened body.
It was in that second you finally connected all the dots, from the rust-colored stains in the already soiled door to the far too colorful flecks on the tarnished mattress, and your loverâs increasing pallor. The blood on your hands felt foreign, as did his unmoving hand in yours. A trembling sob escaped your body as you pressed your fingers against his pulse point and felt nothing but ice.
You ripped your hands away and tried to spring from the bed, but were stopped as the body in front of you curled itâs reanimated fingers around your forearm. Itâs phantom grip released just as quickly as it had jolted to life.
You bit the inside of your cheek to keep from screaming as you slid off the mattress onto the dusty floor. Your hands frantically tore through your pack searching for your last resort. It was time. The gunâs weight burned in your hands as you loaded it, the corpse in the bed was still for now but you must love quickly if you were to avoid the transition.
For all the suffering youâd fought through, there was one thing you always knew would happen. You loved him more than life itself, and that love came with a price and a promise. Someone always dies first, and youâd be damned if youâd make Diego suffer through the prolonged rotting existence of those stalking outside. Your own broken heart wasnât worth making him become something so twisted and broken. At least thatâs what you kept telling yourself as you crossed back to the bedside.
The tears kept falling down your face as you aimed, the world slipping into slow motion as your trembling finger found the trigger. You screwed your eyes shut as the corpse started to twitch below you. If you couldnât see it, your mind wouldnât falter because it still resembled the man you loved. A violent sob racked through your body but you held yourself still.
In the same second the gun fired in your hands, you heard the horde from earlier rousing themselves to your location.
Even as you heard the dead approaching you refused to open your eyes. You knew the sacrifice had to be made- you knew this was what your love demanded. But you didnât want Diegoâs bloody body to be the last thing you saw.
Yet under the thundering movements outside the room, and the ringing gunshot- you almost heard a paper-thin whisper bleed into the air around you. You couldnât stop the scream that ripped through your body at the sound, whether it was one last deceleration or an attempt to stay your hand, you knew it shouldâve been impossible.
For how could a dead man profess his love for the living?
and if you call pedophilia an âorientationâ or in any way compare it to being LGBP+ you can unfollow, delete your blog, and set yourself on fire.Â
Iâve seen this circulating forever and genuinely thought âno way do I have any of them following meâ until this week when it turned out I had all these fuckin âMAPâ (pedophile) followers sad to find out Iâm an âantiâ (normal person)
Please leave and also please get guinea worm.
All of the above plus If youâve ever looked at a 15+ year age gap and thought âIâm not / theyâre not a pedophile because the younger was 18 and itâs legalâ you can go right ahead and unfollow me too.
Are there exceptions to a wide age gap involving a late teenager? I have no idea. But Iâve never witnessed an exception and have only ever seen âhealthy couplesâ with that kind of dynamic in fiction, in which I stopped watching those directors and stopped reading those authors. Fuck that and fuck you.

âIsnât a bridesmaid dress supposed to make you look like a freak of nature?â
You chuckle and walk to meet Damon halfway, âJo went easy on me.â
Damon grinned smugly, âregardless Iâd think youâll look hot even if you wore a trash bag.â You scoff and roll your eyes in a lighthearted manner at his comment before a smirk tugs at the corner of your lips as your eyes study him in his tux.
âYou know I think I'm preferring you in a tux instead of shirtless.â
Damon smirks, âsure you do, yâknow you canât resist me without a shirt on.â His smirk falls and his face turns serious except for the softness his eyes contain as he asks, âdo you finally have an answer for my question?â
You sigh, âit's a hard choice, Damon. Choosing to be a vampire after seeing what our friends have gone through. It scares me to think what might happen if I do become one.â
âWhat scares you exactly?â He asks unsuringly. âThat you might notââ
âNo,â you cut him off, knowing exactly what he was going to say without him having to finish his sentence. You loved him and have for a long time, nothing will ever change that, not turning into a vampire or anything, so no the fear wasnât because of that; âI know how Stefan suffers with controls and I saw how Caroline and Elena suffered without their humanity. Iâm scared of that.â
âIf you do, Iâll be there every step of the way, you know that.â Damon tries to assure you with an added assuring smirk, âplus Iâm the master of control and make a pretty hot teacher. And if you donât want me to teach you, then there's also Caroline I guess.â He shrugs, making you laugh.
Your laugh however doesnât last as you remind yourself of the choice you still have to take, of your question you had that has been invading your mind all night and day. âWhat if,â you pause and swallow thickly, letting your eyes fall to the elegant rolled out carpet, âI donât choose to become a vampire?â You look up to meet his gaze and see that the softness behind his eyes has totally dropped and turned assuring instead, choosing to take the couple steps left to cup your cheek.
âThen I guess Iâll have to live with that even if I do want to be selfish and just turn you. I love you and Iâll support whatever choice you make, even if it means that one day I'll have to lose you because you're too old and wrinkly and your heart chose to stop beating.â
Tears roll down your cheeks and you smile softly, âyou'll love me even then?â
His lips break into a smile before he pulls you in for a sweet and slow kiss in the middle of the church, breaking away only far enough where you could still see how much bluer his eyes were as the sun peeked through the window and gently kissed his face. âeven then.â
ââ
âWelcome family and friends on this magical evening to the wedding of Alaric Saltzman and Josette Laughlin. Josette and Alaric have prepared their own vows.â
Jo turns and hands you her bouquet as the reverent finishes her greeting, letting you offer Jo an small assuring smile before she turns around to face a very nervous Alaric so he could start his own speech. A sweet one that makes you like many others in the crowd begin to feel tears roll out.
âNeither one of us should be here right now. Weâve spent our lives dodging fate, beating the odds but because we did I got to meet you, the most beautiful, hilarious and intimidatingly brilliant woman I have ever known. You inspire meâŠâ
Your attention wavers mid sentence as you realize with this speech, with this setting of Jo and Alaric getting married, minutes before theyâre to become husband and wife, before theyâre to share the rest of their lives together that you want this too. That you want to share your life with Damon forever or however long forever last. And the idea of not being to have control still scared you, but itâs like he said, heâd be with you every step of the way. And that thought didnât scare you. Being with him forever didnât scare you.
Because youâd rather be with him for however long forever last, instead of losing him when youâre too old to be without him.
â...youâve shown me that happiness,â you hear Alaric continue saying as your mind wanders back to his vow, âis actually something that I can have in my life.â Albeit your full attention on the vow doesnât last long as you catch Damonâs gaze, notice the smile on his lips as your eyes meet and the smug way he lifted his eyebrows. The gesture making you smile whilst the attention he had on you made you whisper your answer to his question very softly, but in a way he would hear regardless.
âIâll do it. Iâll become a vampire.â
His smile widened like yours, sharing a sweet and short intimate moment before the both of you had to pull your attention back to the couple in front of you, hearing as Alaric finished the rest of his vows and slid the ring on Joâs finger. âAnd so, I promise to be with you and I love you and to dodge fate with you for the rest of our lives.â
Emotion smiles collectively break through the crowd at the end of Alaricâs speech, all preparing to still hear the vow Jo had to give. âOh, god.â She wipes the tears off her eyes and giggles nervously, her words making the crowd laugh as well, âthatâs a tough act to follow. Here it goes. Alaric Saltzman. You areââ she suddenly and abruptly cut herself off.
âJo? What is it? Jo, oh my god. Jo?â
She groans out in pain and her hands move to her stomach, making Damon move towards her and Alaric grab her as she tumbles over and screams out in pain. At first you donât know what caused her to stop and scream out, but your eyes then catch the sight of blood bleeding through her white dress before out of nowhere her brother Kai appears behind her with a bloody knife in hand. You gasp and step back, feeling your lips part as you hear Alaric begin to cry for Jo and Kai talk in front of you.
âI was gonna wait til the âdeath do us partâ bit, but it seemed a little on the nose. Am I right?â Your eyes meet Damonâs to share a concerned look, a tragic gesture that would be the last one everâyou want to move towards him, but youâre left speechless and frozen in your spot before Kai does a spell that makes a sharp ringing break through your ears and a painful headache pound in your head. Making a deafening and painful scream escape your lips and your hands to fly up to grab your head.
Living a short and painful moment that seemed like it lasted hours when it was only minutes. Short minutes of blinding pain before everything turned for the worst and every window in the church broke and every shard of glass went flying inwards; and you were thrown out of your spot and felt a new sharp pain stab your neck. Leaving you only seconds to witness every memory of your life flash through your eyes before you hit the floor with a nasty thud. Being left with only pain and a warm feeling spilling down your neck, onto the ground beneath you and onto your arm where you recognized it was blood. You gasped and let your eyes drift to the ceiling, trying to focus on the tragic sounds around you that slowly began to tune out, only because you tried to hear if Damon was calling to you so could assure him that you were there, alive but in pain.
But as you were trying, every feeling in your body, every pain, all the worry began to drift; just like the lights above you began to dim and the pain in your body which was once immense was now nothing but a dull feeling that began to numb. Letting you realize that forever wasnât going to be an option, that the life you now chose to live with Damon, the love of your life, was going to be nothing but a last dream. A happy dream though, one you chose to cling onto as your life slowly came to an end and darkness overtook everything foreverâŠ
Leaving you to miss the way Damon came to you as soon as he could, desperately trying to hear the sound of your heart beat but missing it as there was no rhythm. A fact however that he could accept as he took you in his arm and cradled your body, using one hand to cup your cheek to try and begin to talk to you so he could hear you respond.
âCome on baby, come on. Please, youâre okay. Youâre fine, baby. Come on. Come on!â He cried, again trying to focus on finding the sound of your heart, ultimately finding nothing again. âBaby.â He breathed, moving his hand from your cheek and biting his wrist to break through his skin and have blood spill from his wrist, moving it to your mouth so you could drink and healed. But as he tried, nothing happened, your eyes remained lifeless and your body stiff.
Damon kept trying however, desperately trying to press his wrist onto your lips to have you drink the blood, but nothing happened, the blood just stained your lips and didnât move down your body. Letting him realize only heartbreaking moments later that it was too late. That he had reached you too late and that you were gone forever, after you had accepted to become a vampire to be with him forever.
He cried and rested his forehead on yours as he began to rock your body back and forth, forgetting about the horrifying scene around him.
