i just met the energy vampire from wwdits at work :/ a guest came in, an older man, and started talking AT us for over an hour, about intimate details of his medical history, that he was heartbroken and lonely and on and on, never asking a single question. It was so draining but it also makes me sad because this person must have been extremely lonely for a very long time and he doesnt even care about hearing from others, the most important need is to share

just went through my research notes and drawings from my erasmus semester in 2024/25 and oh myyyy i was more productive in that one semester than in the last three years at my home university... i'm so ready to leave
