Will was looking through his suitcase for the right shirt. Although from looking at him most people imagine him sleeping in his button ups and suits but he’s got a small collection on henleys and old bands tees he still fits into. He picked up a Guns and Roses shirt and put it on. Susan had been walking back from the bathroom when she noticed a light on in the guest room down the hall and peaked her head in on her brother.
“Guns and Roses and tight pants? Who’s the hottie?” She wiggled her eyebrows at him.
“Uh…Do you remember George from Carver Military?” Susan raised an eyebrow as she leaned against the door frame. “George Daniels…I brought him home for Thanksgiving because he lived far away and dad caught us with smokes and making out on the back porch?”
“Ah yes and we had the really awkward dinner right after that? He’s still around these parts?”
“I think he’s just passing through…he’s a recruiter now. No smokes this time…scouts honor. Can’t stop the making out. Now if you would excuse me I have an old flame to relight.” Will grabbed his phone, wallet and keys before leaving the room.
In the car Will took out his phone.
Will drove over but made sure to park a block away from the college. He triple checked his phone to make sure he had the right building number and the right window signal. He spotted it a few minutes later and smiled as he saw the tree near the building. Will was reminded of how him and George used to sneak around twenty years ago when they were 15/16 after the Thanksgiving incident.
He tightrope walked across the closest branch to Davy’s window, holding onto branches so he didn’t fall. As he approached the window he crouched on the branch, giving the ‘secret knock’ on the window.
Davy couldn’t believe how his life was going right now.
He had turned things around from being a petty criminal, mixing in with the wrong crowds and making the wrong friends, to getting a place in college thanks to his father, he had some new friends, and he had a rather exciting fling going on with an older but stunning man. Was it weird to be sleeping with a man who was the same age as his dad? Maybe a bit. But Will was amazing in many ways, so the age difference didn’t matter.
He was expecting Will tonight, and he was lying on his bed working on some readings when his phone buzzed. The thought of Will being on his way made Davy grin, and he stood up and rushed to the small bathroom of his dorm. He checked his appearance in the mirror, wanting to look as appealing as possible, and he was surprised by how soon he heard the knocking on his window.
The student rushed over to the glass and pulled it open, chuckling as he reached out to help Will inside.
“There’s these amazing inventions, y’know? They’re called doors.” he teased, knowing full well that Will couldn’t really use the door. That said, if anyone saw a grown man climbing the tree outside his room, that would raise even more suspicions.
