Here we go again. .
So it's been several years since I last posted and sad news I gained it back. I stopped exercising due to some health issues (autoimmune issue) and ate like a pig. So I am gonna start fresh because why not?? I've done it before. Not only will it help me in the long run but also help with my autoimmune disorder. My body basically attacks itself and can effect anything which causes pain & sometimes weakness. My goal weight is 160. But for now I hope to get to 185 by august. Will post stats soon.
