Transphobic Stands & More?

So I received this ‘Ask’ in my inbox earlier.

Warning: (This post will be VERY long and there will be an undercut. So read this when you have the time.)

When I received this said ‘Ask’ from you anon, I figured that I would wait until Sunday for when I usually answer questions. And truth be told I didn’t give a damn about the T-Shirt or Stands or what they do. However once I saw you say something about Stands and Transphobia, I had to do some investigating and asking around for some of those screen shots you speak of. If there’s one thing I can’t stand (that I will speak up about regardless) and actually can get under my skin is discrimination against the LGBTQ community. 

Example: People that are Homophobic, Transphobic, people that have biphobia ect…

Discrimination towards the LGBTQ community has ALWAYS bothered me on every level. I’m not trying to get dramatic but there are people in the LGBTQ community who fight to survive every day. Unless you’re in the community you should never really make a serious/harmful/sensitive joke about the said specific community, understand where I’m going at? I shouldn’t have to explain what a “harmful” joke is (regardless of context) to anyone over the age of 13.

So it’s no joke to me, really. And I don’t mind talking about all of this and bringing this info to the public/my followers. Ya’ll know fans getting in an uproar and getting upset at what I say doesn’t bother me. Thank you to the Anon who sent me this message or otherwise I probably wouldn’t have of known about Stands and their nasty Transphobic joke that needs to be brought light.

Let me also start this post off by saying that I am indeed a J2 TINHAT. I put that in bold and in caps so no one will miss it. I feel like that’s important for me to mention for those who have never seen any of my posts or don’t know what it is that I’m all about or represent in this fandom. To be clear a “J2 Tinhat” is not to be confused with a regular “J2 Fan”. A “J2 Tinhat” believes that the Js are together in a romantic relationship, while regular J2 fans don’t, regular J2 fans just support their strong friendship. On another note, of-course I do have my personal reason(s) for believing J2 are together romantically, but that’s not what this post is about. (However feel free to read the thousands of posts on I have made on my blog to find out.)

This also needs to be said before I delve in deep into this post, now I can only speak for myself, but I don’t abundantly hate on anyone in the J’s lives like many Destiel/Cockles shippers claim J2 Tinhats do (Admittedly there are some Tinhats that do hate on people in the Js lives for no reason sometimes/like they do with the “wives”. But so do Misha Collins fans like when they said Gen should’ve purged Odette. Or when they wanted to burn down Jensen’s brewery. Or when they said that Jared claims to have depression for attention….) And don’t get me wrong, people may not like my blunt, brash, and upfront opinions. I’m sure there are many people who have “not so nice” opinions about me if you will. But my thoughts on topics are just that as well, opinions. I don’t force my opinions down anyone’s throat, nor force anyone to believe what it is I talk about on my blog. Nor do I directly target or send direct hate (such as @’ing) to anyone, especially anyone in relation/connected to the Js. For anyone that I have had drama with within the previous years with it was because truly (this isn’t me trying to play the victim, the proof is on my blog I literally don’t hide a thing) they came for me and all I was defend myself. Which I have every right to do. 

Attacking people in the Js lives (with direct hate, grouse name calling ect) is just not my style. I’ve been in this fandom since 2015 and have never ever once done that. Thus fans/people may be able to attribute negative factors/behavior traits to some J2 Tinhat’s who hate on the “wives” or people in the Js lives, but those negative attributes don’t pertain in correlation or connect to me in any way really. I can’t be blamed for others actions and I suppose the same thing can be said for fans/Destiel stans who stay in their lane and mind their own business as well and don’t really hate on anyone.

I’ve seen a few people in various places suggest the person wearing the t-shirt of stupid in question to that panel was some kind of value neutral act and it just baffles me. 

I have trouble believing that “fan” wasn’t entirely aware of Jensen’s previous statements on the subject.  Hell, I’m very far from convinced “DestieI is real” isn’t directly in reference to Jensen saying point blank it doesn’t exist.  Yet somehow wearing a t-shirt which is quite likely an intentional declaration you disdain the opinions of one of the actors holding the panel should be seen as totally inoffensive and above reproach? 

After the several times Jensen has made it very clear that ship has nothing to do with how he sees or plays the character?  The t-shirt was basically showing up to the panel wearing a sign saying, “Mock me, I’m an entitled, disrespectful idiot.”  Congrats, you got what you asked for.

I'm sure you heard the news by now. Season 15 of Supernatural will be the final season. I don't know how to feel about it, I have mixed feelings. On one hand I am gonna miss our boys acting together and creating amazing bodies of work together but I'm glad to see the show come to an end. The writing has dropped in quality and the fandom has become extremely toxic on all sides imo. With the show coming to an end it now I'm really wondering if Bacchus was to help promote Jensen for after the show?

Anon #2: Now it is official with the series ending announcement. Know there is still another year, but curious to see how everything with end up. Seems like Jensen is ready to do other projects, but I just wonder how this will affect their interactions, especially on social media. Will they only post when at a convention and ignore each other online forever after this? Will a divorce be in the works down the road for one or both of them? Who knows haha. It shall be interesting.

Anon #3: While the decision was definitely made mostly by the Js, I 99% think Jensen has some movie or other role lined up already. Jared just seems so tired and done, but Jensen will keep working with little down time after it ends. Maybe having D be on the show is making him itch to be away from her like he used to be able to be before she joined the cast haha

Anon #4: Well it’s finally happening, I wonder what’s gonna happen next

Anon #5: Someone on Twitter pointed out that in 2016 Jared made some vague comments about SPN ending in three years and so on. Around that time they would have started planning their youngest kids, the brewery, Gen’s “blog”, Danneel’s adventures in nepotism casting, the careful curation of their SM, not being spotted as much, the Wayward spin-off failure, the OTT wife praise, Misha’s increased promotion (but decline of his on screen relevance), JDM guest starrin. J2 know how to plan an exit strategy.

Anon #6: I’m so sad to hear about SPN ending, mostly because I know it’ll essentially end future sightings of J2 together. But I’m more disappointed that they had to make that announcement with M*sha. Ugh. The show isn’t about him. He came in on season 4. They should have allowed J2 to announce together. SPN is Sam and Dean. That was disappointing to see.

Anon #7: Some people are talking about how Jensen looks almost glad in the video where him, Jared, and asstiel talk about the show ending. What do you think? I’m not sure what to make of his emotions, he’s masks how he feels so well publicly.

Hey Anons!

To Anon #1: Actually in hindsight, now that we know the show is ending. Jensen going to New Orleans and being “Bacchus” makes a ton a sense. We obviously don’t know for sure yet if Jensen is gonna go for other roles after the show ends, but I think he will.

It makes me emotional that Jared chose that picture to post. It's not an offical photoshoot or something about an ensemble cast or a recent pic, no - what embodies Supernatural for him is a picture of him and Jensen being young and so, so very happy together. I'm totally crying over that.
