Haha I kinda need some help

So,, Last week on Thanksgiving, my mum got some unexpected, bad news, and now she has to fly back home to go and attend a funeral. (And by back home, I mean England)

She won’t have a lot of money left over from the flight and everything else. We need to buy some essential stuff, but we also need some breathing room in terms of money.
