My'rie's jewellery is almost all gifts of some sort.

Her earrings were given to her by an old friend Meriel. Meriel and My'rie were good friends during My'rie's time in Ul'dah and Meriel taught My'rie some healing techniques that are considered somewhat taboo by most schools of magic.

The necklaces she wears are from G'raha, they are made from a crystal she wore previously that was broken in Ultima Thule. The original necklace was given to her by her mother right before she died. G'raha collected the pieces and had them made into the necklaces as a gift when she was still recovering from fighting the endsinger.

Her splints are also from G'raha, this particular set he gave her on the First, but the first set she had he gave to her not long before she entered Syrcus Tower when she was having some issues with her hands. They had been crushed and healed somewhat poorly during her fight with Titan and he got her some splints to try and ease that pain.

Her wedding ring she made herself using a fragment of crystal from G'raha's soul vessel, she also made his which matches her own. She designed it to hold around 30 minutes to 2ish hours of memory to share with someone else, specifically so she could show G'raha things she had seen on her adventures that he didn't join her on.

Her nose ring she bought for herself because she thought it was cute

Want beta feedback without edits? Ellipsus now supports comment only collaborators!

The Can Comment role lets you invite someone into your document just to comment - nothing more, nothing less. They can make comments, reply to comments, offer all their hot takes… but they can’t make edits to docs or drafts, or merge changes. We think it’s great for reviewers, editors… any friends with Opinions™.

We’ve also added another way to share your work in Ellipsus: the Can View role! If you invite someone to your document with Can View access, they’ll be able to:

Read the main document

View all drafts, including active ones

But! This is not the same as sharing a link to a single doc or draft - the Can View role is like handing someone your full project - without letting them leave comments or make edits. It’s nice if you’re using drafts to structure your project as chapters, and want to share the whole work in one go.

So now, Ellipsus now has five distinct roles for inviting collaborators (because no two writing collabs are exactly alike):

Owner - The doc creator. Write, edit, merge, delete, rename, invite people in, or banish them back into the void.

Can Merge - The most trusted collaborators. They can edit the main doc, make drafts, comment, and merge. But they can’t invite new folks.

Can Edit - They can create/edit drafts and comment, but they can’t touch the main doc or merge changes.

Can Comment - They can create drafts and leave comments, but they can’t edit anything.

Can View - Read everything! No comments allowed!
