          DOG VERSUS DEAN Winchester: a mighty showdown of whoever can keep his peer steady in the face of each other’s requests. Let’s be honest, though: it’s ridiculously easy. He’s managed to grow immune to Sam’s watery, begging eyes and he surely can survive the tear jerking stare of a dog. Dogs aren’t all THAT impressive, anyway; they’re simple bags of flees that just pee everywhere.

          DING, DING, DING ! We have a winner !

          It was a showdown to the death. Canine versus human. Dog versus Dean. Wide brown eyes were trained on him, unblinking and entirely distraught by the loss of fatty food. The whine could only help his case, not hinder. No one could resist the puppy-eyed stare of a mutt. It was impossible. Dogs can’t be resisted. 

          & score one point Winston, zero to Dean. Ears instantly perk at the mention of a hot dog. Tail wagging and a tongue lolling out of his mouth are all he needs to say,

                                                                                             HELL YEAH A HOT DOG IS ALRIGHT.

Alana’s perpetually somewhat curious about Apple’s thoughts on her. It just lurks there in the back of her mind, an idle need to know. “–Winnie the Pooh. I apologize for– well, high schoolers are notoriously awful. –But it might just make me a little maternal in nature, that’s correct. And I’m glad she’s told you good things. She’s a great kid– she can be a bit harsh, but I think, honestly, we get along well for that reason. Secretly, I can, too. When I’m not offering baked goods. Which reminds me to ask if you like cheesecake.” 

          Winston rolls back his shoulders; she was right. High school sucked, so did the people in it. Probably why he dropped out. He hasn’t seen all too much of the rebellious nature of Apple, to be honest, but he was a bit of a problem child himself. Mostly matured now, but he wasn’t the easiest to raise. ‘ Cheesecake? Tastes good, but my body doesn’t agree with it. Lactose intolerance is a bitch, ‘ he answers with a single shouldered shrug.

“Genius.” Will repeats with a teasing tone as he throws a glance at the other, a small amused smirk tugging at his lips before he’s moving towards the fridge to grab a beer. “Hmm.” he nods firmly as he opens the drink, lips pursing in an almost comic manner. “Seems like a great idea— Let me know when you turn millionaire and bring one over.”

          ‘ You can count on me,’ he promises with a grin. Although he has little taste for alcohol, he takes a sip from what remains of his concoction of a drink. The peanut butter made it bearable. Peering over the mug, his eyebrows lift while he watches Will. ‘ Maybe you’re better matched with memory foam---it’s a classic. You can’t go wrong. It’s the mattress that remembers you. ‘
