Read an article, started thinking. People who menstruate, if your period stopped completely one day (not because of menopause, it just disappeared) but you were still 100% healthy, would you miss it?

yes, because I want to get pregnant

yes, for some other reason

While this obviously isn't a solution for everyone, I have successfully avoided having a period since I was 19 by taking my birth control pills full time (no placebo week). I just told my gyno that's what I wanted, and now that's what I get. Slight increased chance for breast cancer, slight reduced chance of cervical cancer, so it works out. If you aren't messed up by hormonal birth control, that may be an option for you.
