CAPRICORN PLACEMENTS AND SATURN

Not only 10th house but also Capricorn placements can also tell about your jobs/careers based on the planet it’s in. You can also look to Saturn since it rules over working

Example 1: If you have a Capricorn Mercury you could have a career involving speaking, writing/literature, social media, cars, etc.

Example 2: If you have Saturn in the 2nd/3rd house it can indicate being a singer. Ariana Grande is an example of this

CAPRICORN VENUS MEN

These men tend to value the person they’re dating more based on how much work they’ve put into getting you/into the relationship. If you want to win them over make them work for you and don’t spoil them let them spoil YOU. This helps the relationship in the long run whether they seem annoyed by it or not

YOUR MARS SIGN

Often people who have the same Sun, Moon, or Rising sign as your Mars will desire you a lot and have a crush on you - In my personal experience more people with my Mars sign have had a crush on me than people with my Venus sign

UNEVOLVED/UNDERDEVELOPED PLACEMENTS

People try and use “underdeveloped” or “unevolved” to make an excuse for not liking someone with a certain placement. There is no such thing as “unevolved placements” because there is no perfect human that is going to take on absolutely no challenging traits EVER from their placements. We will always take on both positive and challenging traits from our placements because we as humans constantly are making mistakes all the time

LIBRA MOONS

Libra moons are known for being so charming because they know how to emotionally connect with people in a way that attracts others to them. The Moon rules over emotional connections and Libra is ruled by Venus which rules over charm and attraction

PLACIDUS VS TROPICAL

People in my comments tend to confuse the difference between Astrology TYPES & Astrology SYSTEMS. Placidus and Whole Signs are SYSTEMS in Astrology. Tropical and Sidereal are TYPES of Astrology. You can use any kind of system you resonate with in either type of Astrology

SAGITTARIUS VENUS

These people tend to be overly optimistic in love (since sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter the planet of optimistic and Venus represents love). At worst they may be the type to stay with someone who treats them poorly because of this

Example: Billie Eilish stayed with her first boyfriend Brandon for a little under a year even when he treated her poorly and constantly blew her off

NEPTUNE IN THE 1ST/10TH HOUSE

People with these placements are always idealized by others. You will attract lots of people trying to mirror you and have many copycats when you have these placements

Goddammit those “Rosemary / bayleaves / whatever you got on your spice rack is a substitute for any herb or root” bullshit posts are back again. I dunno why those posts bother me so much (because if you wanna f*ck yourselves up with magic that’s not my business), but it does.

It feels really offensive to the herbs. Rosemary has its own properties. It’s not a blank page. Same with clear quartz and white candles. Posts like that drive me insane.

Just because rosemary, clear quartz, and white candles are all very versatile spell components doesn’t make them “universal substitutes”.  Yes, you can do just about any kind of candle magic with a white candle if that’s what you got without a large risk of fucking things up disastrously, but if the candle color is specified and you leave that out without compensating by adding something else, you’re probably not gonna get quite as good results.  Swapping out clear quartz for “any” stone might sometimes work out fine because yeah, it’s a versatile stone, and as a quartz it’s of course highly programmable. But you have to actually instruct it, not just throw it at your spell where fluorite should have gone and expect it to know what to do. Power without direction is not effective at getting things done. It can be used toward just about any purpose, but that doesn’t mean it can substitute for any stone in any spell. Just that if you’re crafting your own spell, it’s unlikely to be wildly inappropriate to include in the plan.  And rosemary is good for a lot, but there are uses I can imagine that it would be actively contrary to.

To leave behind somone you would rather not think about

Some spells bring new loves into your life, but this one help you let old ones out of it. Used to aid in letting go of people you have hurt you, and to allow you the freedom to forget how you have been wronged.

This spell is to be done over the course of three nights. For this all you will need is:

A reminder of the person you wish to let go of ( an old shirt, a photo, anything that was theirs)

To cast, every night as you fall asleep recite the spell.

As I lay my head to sleep

I whispers spells my mind to keep

Let thoughts of them now drift away

And far from me please let them stay

On the first night you should keep the reminder of the person close. Under your pillow or in/next to the bed. Recite the spell as you fall asleep, and DO NOT touch the item if you can help it.

On the second night recite the spell as you take the item out of your bed and move it somewhere were it can be seen but is far out of reach. Then recite the spell as you fall asleep.

On the third night get rid of the item. Give it back, throw it away, burn it, or even just pack it up. Say the spell once before removing the reminder from your life. Once again say the spell as you fall alseep.

***Possible alterations: you could extend this over a well or more if the person was somone who you feel deeply connected to. Three nights is just a starting point. The concept remains the same. Slowly move the item away from you, never touch the item without saying the spell, recite the spell as you fall asleep.

The reason you shouldn’t touch the item is becuase the spell is supposed to sever your emotional ties and allow you to move on, touching or staring at the item only hinders that.

I try to remain mostly positive on my blog but i must point out that anyone who takes their practice very seriously will not enjoy the book Basic Witches. To me it takes the very real ans serious parts about witchcraft and turns it into some joke about how to be this Hollywood perception of a witch. I docnot recommend.
