rivals with monicas storyline has pmo but what has pmo more is that everyone is acting like they havent been doing the disposable black girlfriend trope with cameron all for the sake of the 2nd worst ship of the book/series. after she was used for both rupert and tonys manpain and rivarly prior to anyone in the series but nobody is acknowledging that because shes black but whatevs

yeah fuck the way they ended monica’s story and i will say i love rutag but the way they’ve been handling cameron in favour of that relationship is giving me the side eye. i haven’t read any of the books so i don’t know how close they’re following the story. i’m just hoping they focus more on her pov in the second half considering we got to see her finally clue in to rupert clearly having feelings for taggie. at this point i don’t know how that relationship can continue tbh. i know they’re setting up patrick to be her ‘endgame’ but i don’t think they’ve developed that enough for it to feel satisfying yet either.
