Spirit keeping has changed my life. I feel so much more sure of myself knowing that I have a whole group of incredible spirits in my corner - pushing me constantly to be better.

I am quite an anxious person and am always double checking things before doing them because I'm so worried about getting things wrong. It's been such a comfort for me having my spirits especially as I live alone.
