This part of the manga makes you understand that there's more of a connection between Shu and Aya. 🤍

Shu is dealing with emotional trauma, and Aya's face shows that she read between the lines.

I think Shu suffered a lot the last time she felt something for someone. Maybe she's seeing the story between Mitsuki and Aya repeating itself with her latest love story. Also, I'm struck by the fact that in this illustration, Shu and Narita are wearing similar outfits. What if the romance is between them?

It's just a delusional theory.
