I’m finally down to 76??? i have been stuck in the 80s for far too long and I’m really looking forward to reaching my first goal in 6kgs!!! that’s crazy!!!

also sorry for the inactivity again, haven’t been a lot to update about except now of course🪷

been a while, just been off my phone for a while😭

But! I’m at 82.6 right now😩 have been on a plateau for a while but i finally got off it so hopefully I’m going into the 70s by June💪🏻

i hate the holidays so much, people watching me and making sure i eat and if i don’t eat they will catch on and force me to recover🫩

i probably gained so much, gonna have to make up for it because if at this rate i will be a f4t piggy forever🥹

haven’t updated in a bit, buuut I’m finally out of the 90s by not a lot but it is something!! fasting is getting easier and i find myself being able to fast 72hrs at least a week!!!

I’m almost out of the 200s!!?? and also soon out of the 90s as well! i have fasted for all of today and it has been such a breeze and i haven’t felt hungry at all surprisingly!! hoping tomorrow is as much of a breeze as today was!!

I’m so sad i won’t be able to control exactly how many calories i eat this weekend😭 I’m gonna have to make up for this weekend with just not eating for as long as i can muster out of shame🙂‍↕️

weighed myself and I’m down to 92.1 now😭 which means i have lost around 4kg in a week so with that same luck i will be out of the 90s by the end of this week!!!

ughh, every time i have eaten this week i have felt so disgusting that my body rejected the food?? I’m not complaining per say but it is annoying when I’ve set a calorie limit that is low and i can’t even keep that down:(

okay so me and a friend are gonna try and fast this weekend, wish me luck!!!! if i can go to 48hrs i might just see if i can go longer!!! fingers crossed!!

Today i have eaten around 266kcals i hope i don’t feel the need to add more food i have been kinda good this week i would say!! Eating less then 700kcals a day!!

Now I’m gonna try and keep my kcals to a minimum this weekend!

tho weekends where I’m with other people i might have to eat more to hide the fact that I’m disordered, esp since one of my best friends KNOWS that i have had trouble with eating before so i have to keep the act up with her, i will just have to make up for all of that with fasting for as long as i can the day after!

btw hot take it’s ok to stop your fast or eat a bit in general when ur at school or work especially if you’re walking a lot. exercising too bc it HURTS not to.

okay, i ended up just cutting it to a 24h fast instead and I’m down to 94,2kg rn, ughh it is still progress i guess!

my goal for this month is to go down to 86kg, seems impossible rn but i will get there, i have to!

I’m at hour 14 out of 48, my stomach is hungry and it’s like i can feel myself losing weight basically??? I’m fine as long as I’m not eating but as soon as i break my fast and eat something low cal i feel horrible after in a way?

i am gonna challenge myself and do a 48h fast!! i really hope i can hold myself accountable so i don’t break it before it’s done!
