(KATHERYN WINNICK, IMMORTAL, SHE/HER) | FRIGG IRONCLADE is the PARENT OF FOUR CHILDREN. The isle used to be their prison making them ASTUTE + OBSTINATE, which suits them as they’ve pledged allegiance to the royal family. The new world is finally here, long live the queen.

Frigg is a demi god which means while she technically borders on the line of immortal, she’s not a full god and therefore CAN be killed. This however isn’t something that she’s actually discovered, as the majority of her injuries over the centuries have been ones that ether left scars or healed very quickly due to her god side. She assumed there’s a possibility to be killed, but akin to most god felt she was too powerful for that to ever happen.

While her husband is old as the hills, Frigg is not. Although time has blended together for her she’s more than likely only eight hundred years old rather than over a millennia. Because of this she’s very much aware that there are other gods and beings much older than her, and thusly with more power.

Fenrir, her husband, is literally the bringer of Ragnarok which means the end of worlds. As such he’s very much akin to other beings like Hades, Chernabog and The Horned King in the sense that Fenrir is all chaos and destruction. For the most part Frigg agrees with everything that he encompasses, however in the last century or so she’s slowly realized she’s sick of the chaos. Sick of feeling like her only option is war and DEATH.

This of course isn’t something that she’s spoken of to her husband, knowing that it goes completely against everything that he is. However with her children being more mortal than god it concerns her that a wave of devastation constantly follows her.

It’s this particular reason that has her avoiding the majority of the other villains in Auradon, even with the usurping of the throne, Frigg finds herself leaning more towards the side of the supposed heroes though she would never readily admit it. Which is why she’s biding her time with the illusion that she’s loyal to the crown.

She has a LOT of inner turmoil and guilt over her change of heart, especially because it would mean essentially abandoning her husband, and possibly some of her children if she were to fully go over to the other side.

Plots:

As cliche as it is I’d like a bit of everything for Frigg but ultimately the following is what I’d REALLY like to see !!

Unlikely friends be it younger villains, heroes or their children !!

VK children that she’s taken into her home as her own for lack of their own parents caring for them !! Maybe 3 at the most !!

Someone that she’s well aware has slept with her husband, once or on more than one occasion !!

A hero or another villain that Frigg’s started to lust after, furthering her own inner turmoil. If it ends up being a hero, bonus angst !!

Any other gods, that are privy to her changing moods and characteristics that call her out on the change!!

Someone that only knows her wolf form, which essentially is as big as a direwolf from Game Of Thrones and pure white; an opposing image to fenrir !!

gil looked up at the comment, his lips pursing as he looked back at the flower in his hand. “nothing i do on my own is wise, so i don’t think that one more thing is such a big deal,” he didn’t mention about how he was alone all the time lately, he didn’t think she’ll care. “i don’t know. oaks aren’t as pretty as a oak – i’d like to be someone pretty.”

-- & What a lack luster response, was this young man seriously that hard done by or was he simply mopping over lost time and potentially ill fated friendships? Ether way Frigg's interest is lacking. "Being pretty isn't all it's cracked up to be. Besides--- you can still be pretty and deadly at the same time."

                  he manages a pleasant smile , chuckling softly before extending his hand out to the woman . eyes glimmering in anticipation of being able to feel the power for himself should she take it .

“ i suppose jörmungandr would be one of those names then , wouldn’t it ? being trapped under the world and all . ”

-- & The continuation of drawing out supposed ignorance is well played, though tiring just as quickly for Frigg. All the same her own hand is extended to shake his firmly, gaze studying his own carefully. “I wouldn’t read into myths, darling --- some things are just that, and others have more truth to them than you could possibly imagine.”

                the girl coos , lashes fluttering as she gives a look of pure innocence ( or at least the best a girl like her can manage ) before falling into laughter with her aunt . too easily did the people here label individuals as good and bad . when really , it wasn’t so black and white .

“ well for me , i’ll always prefer you to uncle fen . he growls too much . and there’s usually some meat hanging from his teeth . ”

-- & The image of her husband painted certainly isn’t that far off, although in these forms it paints a lovely picture of a warrior whom has captivated poets for eons. “We all have our favorites, don’t we?” Smile catches her lips before she’s leaning forward in slight. “Me? I prefer him silent, means he’s actually listening for once.”

gil was usually a happy guy, always with a smile on his face, even when uma and harry were angry at him he was still trying to think positively but lately he didn’t know if he was smiling as much as he used to. he can’t believe he is saying this but he misses the isle. misses a time where his best friends had time for him but now they were both busy running auradon whilst gil was sitting in the enchanted forest under a random tree and sketching uma’s ship. “i wonder what they are up to right now,” if they had the time to even notice he’s gone. “they’re probably too busy, they should rest a little,” he mumbled to himself, picking up a flower and tracing it’s petals. “i wish i was a flower.”

-- & Bare feet glide across green plains, effortless in sound and nature until presence is evident in the small clearing between trees. "It's unwise to talk to ones self when one isn't sure they're alone." His braun is unmistakeable, even if their paths hadn't crossed upon the Isle, Frigg knows exactly who sits before her. "A flower wouldn't do you justice, perhaps the majesty of a grand Oak would be more fitting."

                    there’s a flicker of amusement as he grants a wry smile , never reaching his eyes as his glance turns to the deity . sensing the power radiating from her and suppressing his own . no sense in being caught out so early .

“ wasn’t it ? i can hardly imagine anyone else capable of such shocks from under the ground .  ”

-- & It was ether ignorant or foolish to insinuate that a G O D would be impotent to gather who stood before them when matched with outlandish power. Perhaps if she was a being that was more narcissistic akin to her comrades, she would have found offence in his statement. Instead there’s a glint catching in azure, head canting to the side as if inspecting the other. “I can certainly name a few that come to mind.”

“Finding solace in a war zone?” The question is offered quietly, an answer buried within it if the other chose to look more closely. Lowering to the ground, her own hand found its way to the cat, comfort in that connection. “The visions are worse here.” A result of the lack of barrier. “And my mothers are nowhere to be found when I need them most.” Not that she could blame the Fates for hiding out what with Hades being back in the picture. He’d used them before, and it wasn’t outlandish to think he would again. Taking precautions was important, though knowing that did little to soften the ache in Moira’s chest. “I don’t know what to do.”

-- & Silence lingers between the two women if only for the briefest of moments, "War is a strong word. If you choose your path carefully, you will find it much easier to avoid the elements that edge us closer to DESTRUCTION." Though the answer may not help the younger, it's all that Frigg held to offer. If you attempted to stay out of the way, or at least pretended to be neutral than most would leave you be. "Have you thought of using magik to keep them at bay?" It might not work, nor it be anything but a notion of putting them off for a time being; but surely it was worth seeking out. "Do not let yourself make waves where there are none, Moira. Time reveals all."

                she asks , taking a sip of her drink before uncrossing her                 legs . already feeling the black swirl that substituted as a                 soul swirling around inside her in pleasure at the sight of                 another deity from her life . one that wasn’t an absolute                 annoyance in her life .

“ can’t a girl miss her family ?   i’m not my mother , i don’t   only pop up when i need a   favor . i’m a good girl . ”

-- & Gentle laughter begins to fall from the blonde, briefest shake of her head to follow. "Sweetling I never said you were a bad girl." Though they both knew neither were INNOCENT in the eyes of many, especially now that they resided within Auradon. That, however, was the opinion of s h e e p. And they, were not sheep. "No you're nothing like your mother in that department.But I have to admit, I've come to realize that most of the time when other gods visit me rather than my husband, something is usually required of me."

                         he flicked off some broken pieces of concrete and dust                          off his shoulders before looking around . wanting to see                          just who else had been around for that minor explosion .                          that he definitely was not responsible for causing .

-- & Why is it that when something destructive happened it was always the same handful of culprits? Ah, right -- because it was second nature. Her husband of course, included in such blanket statements. "I don't imagine that he is' no. Although that wasn't his doing, now was it?"

ah. the sun was great this time of day. a perfect time to sunbathe. today seemed rather hot, just how art liked it. the pirate hummed as he laid out on his father’s ship; the black pearl. to bad it was permanently attached to the harbor by auradon city. he really needed to get those debt’s cleared out. grabbing some sun screen, arthur decided to protect… his nipples. rubbing them in slowly, he looked out from underneath his sunglasses, seeing someone come aboard. “sorry to tell ya that my dad’s not in. i don’t know where he went… so if ya lookin’ to collect a debt– sucks for ya.”

-- & How appropriate that the one time she requests an audience with the likes of Jack Sparrow he wouldn't be available. "No debt needs collecting, rather I simply wished to speak with him." Gaze does narrow however, watching the younger pirate. The seemingly care free attitude is curious, given all that's happened in Auradon as of late but perhaps -- he's realized the wrong doing of Auradon's past. "I wasn't aware Captain Sparrow was still crossing paths of those he shouldn't -- I'm not surprised." A pause, "And you --- are his son?"
