hiii!! You can call me Cub!! This is my side blog dedicated to my age regression!!

Extras: I'm a part of a System!! dunno if i age slide or if cub is another alter but it makes me happy so i dunno if i care to figure it out :) also autistic and got adhd!!

CGs: No one IRL, but a couple of my alters try to take care of me from a distance! I'm also pretty sure i have introject fragments of some of the members of kpop group Seventeen that take care of me too :) or at least i daydream about it a lot! sometimes it changes but usually/right now it's Shua (appa), Woozi hyung (eomma), Hoshi hyung (Shishi or Hyungie), and sometimes DK (kyeomie) or Jeonghan (hannie or samchon)!!

Buddies (Stuffies): Shuasumi (my Mary Meyer fawn plushie) and Soonie (my perfect tiger cup plushie I finally found after ages of searching for the perfect one!)

🌊🐠 tips for littles who have their period🐠🐳

sometimes littles who menstruate have a monthly tide that comes in, and that’s okay! your body keeping you regulated :)

🐢 go slow your body might need extra rest. move slow, take naps, and curl up in a cozy blanket nest

🫧 warm ocean currents a heating pad or warm blanket can feel like a soft current around your tummy and help with cramps

🐠 hydration like a merperson drink water, tea, or juice in your favorite cup. staying hydrated helps your body ride the tide!

🐚 your tide kit keep a little pouch or box with things you might need: pads/tampons/period underwear, wipes, cozy socks, snacks, and maybe a tiny stuffie

🐬 gentle activities coloring, cartoons, soft music, or cuddling stuffies are perfect relaxing activities

🦀 yummy snacks your body is working hard! extra snacks can help tremendously, even if it's more than what you normally eat

🌊 little reminder: your body growing and changing is natural, even though it can feel icky. take care of yourself and make sure to stay hydrated!!💙

🤎 How to include your fictional caregiver in your daily life (without AI!) 🤎

- Create an OC for your fictional caregiver's series/universe. Give them lore!

- Create moodboards of your fictional caregiver and what you'd like to do together.

- Plan a day or trip you'd like to go on with them!

- What are your character's best values? Try and use them as inspiration to make them proud! Example: if your caregiver is very disciplined, think of how pleased they'd be to see you take care of yourself!

- If there are meals they like, try cooking them for yourself. Who knows, they might even introduce you to your new favourite dish.

- Create a scrapbook for them, including your artwork, favourite quotes of theirs, etc.

- Use the Finch app and name your bird after your character, so you get notifications from them throughout the day, reminding you to take care of yourself.

- Make a playlist of songs that remind you of them, or would remind them of you.

- Find a colour, article of clothing or accessory that reminds you of them and 'borrow it' on days where you need extra support.

- Buy a small plush of them, or one that reminds you of them. Bring them out in your bag or pocket, dress them up, take photos of them... the possibilities are endless!

- Commission artwork, fanfics or comfort character letters.

- Have them be your inner monologue when you need a little extra support. Having a bad day? What would your caregiver tell you to cheer you up?

- Find an ask account of your character here on Tumblr and say hello (just make sure you know their boundaries!)
