need help again

you know i don't like doing this but the old post died and im desperately short on funds again. im doing everything to get even a part time job but im sick constantly and when im not spasming im stuck in bed shivering despite the heat. i rarely eat more than one meal a day now, and sometimes not even that. im rationing my painkillers and anti seizure medication.

i need 350 for rent, 100 to cover my minimum, and any extra to restock basics like shampoo and kitchen staples for a total goal of 500.
