Skepticism is fair. I had plenty. But trying SweetDream costs you an evening and might surprise you the way it surprised me. Building a companion is fun, and the first real conversation does most of the convincing.
What flips skeptics is the quality. When the chat is natural, the photos are beautiful, and the voice sounds warm, the doubts quiet down. If you're on the fence about an AI girlfriend, sweetdream.ai is a low-risk way to find out for yourself.
Corruptiongate p.4: The vanishing never-existing of Jonathan Byers, Suzie Bingham, Barbara Holland — and the drama of the real finale + doppelgangergate
[ p.1, p.2, p.3 + visual erasure of Will in s2 ]
Jonathan seems to be a character created by the Lab to give Will a brother. Jonathan could be visually based on David Bowie and performing tasks of supporting him and also introducing Will to music, which would keep Will in the simulation.
(although I’m not sure that he as Jonathan acknowledges it, and probably is genuinely living in Nina and loves his ‘brother’)
But Jonathan isn’t just an empty hologram.
(meanwhile, notice how the colour palette of Jonathan’s room, including the Bowie shot, duplicates in Will’s t-shirt)
…Have you ever wondered why we love Robin so much?.. Why she is such a good friend to Will? Why she has basically substituted Jonathan for him? Why is she so good in music and even knows what Will would like, barely being acquainted to him?
(we’ve known for a long while that Holly is Mike, and who knows who’s Max atp, but Ig, this door also has a lock on it)
Robin is good at music like Jonathan, Robin likes Nancy like Jonathan, Robin is Will’s support like Jonathan. Robin knows the kids. Bc Rockin fucking Robin IS Jonathan.
And it’s Robin who plays Jonathan, not vice versa, bc👇 Steve and Robin are Brenner’s numbers 👇
(It can also explain the absence of their parents)
The way I see it is that Robin was placed in the hologram when, let’s say, Will needed a brother figure; as soon as he’d grown up, he got a queer friend who helped me where Jonathan could’ve but he wouldn’t understand Will that much. All this time it was one character, who was originally a girl, but changed their gender to fit in Will’s life.
Jonathan yarning for Nancy while she’s in Stancy, anyone? (now I even see Steve in this Dan. And El)
this also explains why the characters keep quoting each other: sometimes it can be literally just one character, or it can be switching-arcs- s5 (like in @warmglowhc example of Mike as Dustin), or repeating storylines, mixing with each other.
(do we still remember that Priah wasn’t that satisfied with Erica’s ending? could that be bc Erica is not real either?)
What fascinates me is the tendency of switching genders of the characters, depending on what was needed for Nina tv-season:
At this point I believe that Dustin is in the lab, same as Henry is 001; but Suzie and Barb are their versions needed for other characters for the plot.
❗️Along with this there’s a pretty solid evidence for stonathan endgame by @strange-anni which also matches Will’s erasure from the narrative; so far I’m not exactly sure how it aligns, but as there are also shots of Robin and Jonathan together, I believe in the simulation they can be duplicated (doppelgangergate, anyone?): like, here’s a nurse looking like Nancy, aside from Vickie being Nancy:
and as for this gang, I’ve always felt like they are a crew here, so I even assumed that they might be just the “agent smiths”, however, as we’ve just seen, I still believe that just partly —
I think it’s gonna be the drama of the real finale:
some of our characters are just a program, but they’re attached to each other, they have feelings, and they might be not ready for this to end.
Stonathan might be endgame inside Nina, if Steve chooses to stay. Ronance will become endgame irl. Max’s been sus too long not to be a program, so does it speak in Lucas staying in Nina? (We’ve had theories that Lucas could’ve stayed with her version wherever she is, and somehow we’re back there?) If Steve stays for Jonathan, Dustin might stay for Steve. It also means that Eddie might get back into the picture, but generally we need to lock in sfm with doppelgängers, as it’s a huge hint at who’s real.
The ticket from Tales quite truly foreshadowed:

p.s. here’s one more genderbend and self-insert from this post by @lesikm
Just recently we have discussed that we don’t know why El was looking at the camera in Nina as if Brenner could see her: my assumption to that is that he also visits his holo-worlds.

Hah... poor Joyce. She was just being the "cardboard cutout irritating Mom," while Karen Wheeler stole her badass mom category. And I guess we stole her investigation nachos as well... Sorry, Joyce. ( I mean we are doing her thing, that's why she doesn't get to do the CG investigation)
But the Byers family is being forgotten everywhere, isn't it? We loved them from the very beginning. There was a time when we saw Jonathan's POV. This was their story. Will is almost forgotten (illusion/memory/imagination/vanished/another timeline/died/or in a lab), Jonathan is barely recognised, not even in the merch, and now even Joyce pushed aside. It's sad... Why are the Byers being targeted? 🎯
so you see basically s1 doesn’t have Will (but I think it tells pre-s1 story), s2 erases him, s3 well you know… it looked like s3 fucked this up, but that’s bullshit 😅
the duffs were hiding Will from Mike all the way through and no one fucking noticed in 10 years!
(but I'm just pointing it out because I took a week off today and I don't have anything better to do...feel free to ignore me😕😇)
Funny thing about Stranger Things... technically, there is no "Season 1" or "Season 2" if we look at it this way. As @nightnut mentioned, what if all of this is actually a pre-Season 1 story? Maybe Season 1 hasn't even happened yet.
I know I sound completely crazy right now, but look at the episode sections of Stranger Things. It says "Stranger Things" and then "Stranger Things 2"... not "Stranger Things Season 1" and "Season 2." There is not even "Stranger Things 1"; it's just "Stranger Things."
But I will show episode sections of some other shows in netflix
Dark, My life at...boys
Friends, Vampire diaries
Squid game, Emily in paris
Note: I know they advertise it as S1 andS2 and how Google displays it. What I mean is, if they can create all these fake-out dramas and surprises, they could absolutely do something like this too.
Even if you split it, 3 + 4 = 7, so the number 7 appears again. It also has a nice mirrored feeling.
Then I learned from google that 343 is one of the most recognizable numbers in the Halo universe because of a character called 343 Guilty Spark. He's an ancient AI that guards one of the Halo rings and knows the secrets behind them. The company that later took over the Halo games was even named 343 Industries after him. the Halo universe is centered around seven giant Halo rings. Halo is a military science fiction story set in the 26th century. Humanity is fighting for survival in a huge space war against two major threats. The first is the Covenant, a powerful alliance of alien species that worship an ancient civilization called the Forerunners. They believe activating the seven Halo rings will bring them divine ascension. The second is the Flood, a terrifying parasite that infects and consumes intelligent life across the galaxy. The Halo rings themselves are enormous ring-shaped worlds floating in space. They look beautiful, but they are actually ancient superweapons. If all seven rings are activated, they wipe out every intelligent living being in the galaxy to stop the Flood from spreading. The story follows Master Chief, a genetically enhanced human soldier, and his AI companion Cortana, as they try to stop the Halo rings from being activated and save humanity.
Note: I haven't played Halo. This information is from Google, so some details may be incomplete or wrong. Just sharing an interesting connection I found.
I honestly don't know what to do with this info. But we all know 7 has always been a very interesting number in the Stranger Things universe. So... maybe an ancient alien superweapon could mean something too? Or maybe it's just a random hacker guy, or even a plant, talking nonsense about angel numbers. Either way, 3:43 is definitely an interesting time. 😇
Dr Owens, Barb/Nancy, two tapes-memories in one: Jonathan and Nancy were not together in the Lab
(the Shutter Island, The Truman Show and Fight Club)
Do you remember a theory that Hawkins got flayed in the end of season 2? I believe we have corrupted memories earlier (most likely from the very beginning of the show, but that’s story for another time). Let’s check this one out.
The first thing that stood out to me was this shot:
Dr Owens opens the door, and the scientist starts “working” immediately. He was not working, when the door opened, he started at the same moment. This jumped out at me as if it was staged, and no one was indeed working there until Nancy and Jonathan entered the room. It gave The Truman Show immediately, and I rewatched the whole sequence… a dozen times.
The sequence starts with this shot:
Here we see just Jonathan, and it would be fine, if only I didn’t feel weird by the way the next shot separates Jonathan from Nancy: we see just him in the mirror, which is okay for thing angle, but something still feels off… For example, the fact that Jonathan in the mirror is not Jonathan in the room. The mirror is fake!
You can see this clearly if you compare the way the chair is seen and Jonathan’s posture.
Then, this shot is followed by (what would you think) the surveillance camera shot 🙂↕️ where everything goes even wilder right away:
as much as I could dismiss Jonathan’s hands (the right one is on the left one, while in the shot before the left one was above) or Nancy’s bag (and its shoulder strap) changing position, we still have Jonathan’s posture on the left where he sits with his back against his backrest, while in the mirror it’s different again, but also!!!!
NANCY IS TRANSPARENT!
It looks like her image was put above Jonathan’s. There’s literally no explanation for this table to be seen at the same time we see Nancy. And besides, her image clearly differs from the whole shot. Meanwhile, the shot with Jonathan looks like he is alone there silently looking right into the camera.
My first theory was that Nancy is non-existent in this sequence whatsoever and this is only Jon’s memory, but some dialogues after made me reconsider this.
Anyways, then Owens suggest a walk, and Jonathan again doesn’t match his reflection: staying right in front of the chair on this side, he stands very far in the mirror, and also close to the end of the table (although he moves synchronically).
They start walking, and here I caught The Truman Show vibes, when several people were turning around (as if they were curious actors), and The Shutter Island vibes bc, even though Owens addresses them both a couple of times, it still can be seen as if he was talking to only one of them for whom this spectacle is played. (+ Fight Club)
(fyi, George Sargon died on March 22nd, 1956)
Here I had a theory that Jonathan lost his mind after Will’s death, and Owens plays along to his fantasy that he investigates something with Nancy Wheeler, and everyone knows what’s happening and that’s why they turn around.
But is the corridor walk Jonathan’s memory?
The wording “your brother and Ms. Holland”… Whose brother? Did anything happened to Mike? Why does it sound like he speaks to just one person? And this person is Nancy… Imagine, that she’s alone: he speaks of Mike, or Barbara, then:
“You guys been together long?” “We (we)re not together.” “Wanna see what really killed your friend?”
It could be about Jonathan and Will, but then Barb stands out and I barely see Jonathan and Barb as a possibility… but who knows atp. My bet is Bancy though, with the hunch that here we witness two separate tapes and memories combined. Firstly, Jonathan’s, then Nancy’s. Corrupted memories by Brenner’s tapes?
Enjoy!
I’ll finish the post with this:
Consider the possibility that Jonathan in the mirror is Jonathan on the tape, the hands actually match… the fact that tape!Jon’s and real!John’s hands do not match can be just a production error (moreover, on the tape we can see a mirror too in the “correct” place, not mirrored, so I might be wrong), but the idea of the mirrored reality seems curious.

I don't know if we'll get new content on the 15th. I honestly don't know if they'll announce anything this week.
What I do know is that the clues we've found are real. Whether it takes another week or another few months, I believe we'll get new content before the end of the year. Because of that, specific dates don't make me anxious anymore. Still, I hope this waiting ends soon. I think a part of me has been living in this anticipation for so long that when it's finally over, I'll be able to breathe again.
The biggest reason I believe in CG has always been the same.
I believe in Byler.
Maybe I'll take a little break from posting for a while, but I'll still be here, watching, reading, and waiting until CG happens. Because, to me, Mike and Will were written to find their way back to each other.
What makes their story so beautiful is It's everything that exists underneath the surface. It's the years of history. The understanding. The comfort. The instinct to protect one another. The way they keep choosing each other, even when life pulls them apart. Of course they meant to be crazy together as they promised.💛
People can disagree about whether their relationship is romantic, and that's okay. But I don't think anyone can deny how deeply they love each other. That love is written into the story itself. Whether someone calls it friendship or romantic, it's impossible to miss how much they mean to one another.
Maybe that's why their relationship resonates with me so much. I don't really understand love that comes with a rulebook. The kind that says, You have to act this way, or You have to fit certain expectations for your feelings to be real.
To me, love is much simpler, and much deeper than that. It's being genuinely excited just to see that person, more than caring about gifts. Sometimes love is nothing more than wanting a comforting hug from that special person. Sometimes it's putting your whole heart into making or finding something meaningful.
And sometimes, it's impossible to explain. You look at your person, and something inside you changes. They feel different from everyone else. Their happiness matters to you. Their pain hurts you. Their presence makes the world feel a little lighter. That's what love is to me.
Sometimes it's two people carrying so much pain that they don't even recognize what they're feeling. Two childhood friends growing up side by side, surviving monsters both real and invisible. They became each other's safest place long before they had the words to understand why.
They were a team. Best friends. And I believe the strongest love often begins there. The best partners are the ones who are friends first, because love built on trust, comfort, and simply being yourself is the kind that feels like home.
Mike and Will have never been perfect. They're awkward. They misunderstand each other. They make mistakes. They've both carried fear, loneliness, guilt, and trauma. But somehow, beneath all of that, they've never stopped caring. That's my kind of love.
Maybe that's why I've held onto this story for so long. Because if two people who have been through so much can still find each other, still choose each other, then there's something hopeful about that. Something worth waiting for.
Note: Sorry for adding an AI photo of Mike at the end, but I couldn't let that random collage boy stay in my post.
So whether the 15th brings news or silence, I'll keep believing. I believe stories matter. I believe good writing matters. And I believe Mike and Will deserve the ending their story has been quietly building toward since the very beginning.💛🩵
Happy Stranger Things Anniversary, everyone 🥂
I'll admit, I'm a little sad that we couldn't celebrate a victory together today. But please, never let that make you think you were crazy or delusional. The things we uncovered were real, and they were incredible.💯
We watched old movies, dug through history, explored conspiracies, connected stories, analyzed interviews, posters, random advertisements, and countless little details that most people would have scrolled past. Whether every theory turns out to be right or not, none of that effort was wasted. We learned so much, challenged each other's ideas, and looked at storytelling from angles I never would have imagined.🦉
More than anything, I'm grateful for this community. Thank you for listening to one another, respecting different opinions, raising concerns without tearing people down, and making this such a thoughtful and welcoming space. No matter what happens next, this journey has been unforgettable.
Note: This is basically just my little checklist for some dates Based on Cola 1985 👀. I’m not claiming anything will happen on the exact date I mentioned. I just really, really hope it happens.

I honestly don't know what's going to happen next. Most likely, the bigger things won't happen until the end of the year. But a small part of me is still hoping this waiting will be over soon.
At the very least, I hope they release The First Shadow and get us out of this black hole. Maybe they'll announce it tomorrow and release it on the 15th.
It would be nice if we got some kind of announcement after all the digging we've done these past few weeks. Then we could finally watch the real interviews, see how everything unfolds, and understand why they did all this.
History and Marketing plan

If we only look at the connection between pineapple and New Coke, their biggest link is Stranger Things.
Both became part of real-life Netflix marketing campaigns. For Season 3, Netflix brought back the original 1985 New Coke with Coca-Cola. For Season 4, they partnered with Walmart to sell Surfer Boy's Pineapple Jalapeño Pizza.
A lot of suspicious pineapple-related ads have been appearing lately, and some of them are connected to the show.
There’s also National Piña Colada Day on July 10, which is just one day before July 11, the day Coca-Cola announced the return of the original Coke formula as Coca-Cola Classic in 1985.
I know it might be a reach... but in this fandom, we question everything.
Beyond the marketing, I think they might also be paralleling each other in the story. Lucas defends New Coke, saying that just because something is new or different doesn't mean it's bad. Tales wasn't actually that bad either.
Mike does the opposite with pineapple pizza, calling it "gross" at first because it isn't considered normal, but after trying it, he admits he likes it.
Maybe the message is don't reject something just because it's different. We'll end up liking the new content, even if it's not what we expected before. (As a Byler, that's my hope... but it could be something else entirely.) 💛🩵
I don't have any doubts about our little CG bus. I'm still 100% sure we have more content coming. The waiting has just been a little longer than I expected. It's okay. I'll wait. Dates don't really hurt me anymore.
But there's still a part of me that gets lost in dark thoughts. My head is constantly filled with possibilities and theories. I tried taking a break, but somehow this stopped being a hobby and became a lifestyle. I can't seem to let go. It takes up a huge part of my mind.
There have been so many positives too. I started writing again, reading more, researching more than ever. Through all the CG content, I learned about different movies, cultures, and communities I probably never would have explored otherwise.
At the same time, there were downsides. Before this, I was never really involved in fandoms. I loved Byler as a couple, but I never joined fandom spaces or discussions. I used to work as a corporate marketing GD, but now creative media excites me far more. This journey also made me realize how deeply I can obsess over a story when it truly captures my imagination.
I've loved stories before. I was obsessed with Dark and Harry Potter, enjoyed Teen Wolf, and love a few movies in my mother tongue, Malayalam. But somehow, this journey has affected me in a completely different way.
At the end of the day, we all love creative, entertaining stories. But this one slowly became more than that for me. It took over my time, my thoughts, and the way I look at everything. I've developed this constant meta analysis disorder. You know what I mean. I'm always searching for hidden meanings and connections.
I trust Mike Wheeler. If he can look at his best friend with that much love and intensity, I believe he can desperately search for a door too. He's the heart.🩵 I just hope he finds a way.
Part of me wanted this. I wanted to dive into the story they created. But another part of me is scared that my expectations have grown so big they might be impossible to satisfy.
After all these sleepless nights, all the conversations, all the theories, all the hints we've searched for... will it really live up to everything we've imagined? Will it satisfy me? Will it satisfy our little CG group? I'm sure the general audience will enjoy whatever they give us. But for us, this journey has been different.
