For art collab I have several ideas like this:
What I have seen and had in mine is for example we will have tamakoma 1 and 2 art collab. Artist will sign up to calm a character to draw, and then they submit the character they draw to drive.
At the end of deadline, mod will edit all of the characters art into 1 and post it!
Although, it really depends of what people interested more, since art collab can only join by artist. It makes WT exchange can have more variety of media instead of just art
