Here comes the vaultkeeper, delivering a gramophone for you!

...Not really. When I first saw the gramophone in the shop, I thought, "Wow, you old thing, you're oddly kind-hearted!" But on closer look, turns out it was just shipped here. This item only appears after collecting all the cylinders. Maybe they meant it as, "Here, have this gramophone, and don't bother this Keeper anymore."
