This blog will post polls asking whether a given character would jaywalk. To submit a character to be polled, send an ask with the character’s name and media of origin.
You may also include propaganda if you wish. Polls will be posted anonymously on request. You can also sign your anonymous submissions with an emoji or other name, it’s fun to see regulars.
All poll titles will use “they” for the sake of simplicity.
I reserve the right to turn down any submissions for whatever reason, with no obligation to explain myself or declare that I have turned it down.
The more characters a single ask has, the more likely it will be overwhelming for me. If you want to submit multiple characters, submit multiple asks.
It’s not about whether they can jaywalk, can circumvent crosswalks, or even have crosswalks or jaywalking laws; it’s about whether, when presented with the knowledge of jaywalking, opportunity to jaywalk, and the choice of jaywalking, they would jaywalk. It’s also very vibes based most times, rather than literal. I genuinely have very little patience for people who willfully ignore this to screw with me. I’m not above being petty.
