Yang carries their first baby because she has the slightly stronger maternal instincts and also to prove to herself that she isn’t anything like Raven.
I don’t know about who carries the other children they have after that, personally I like to think they have both their own biological kids and adopt as well.
Yang cries when they see the first scan of the baby because it’s so tiny and precious, but Blake is a mess of tears when Yang actually gives birth and she gets to hold her child for the first time because she never thought she’d help to bring life into the world.
They both panic over every little thing to begin with, and Ghira, Kali, Tai, etc. get very sick of the frequent phone calls that never turn out to be an actual emergency but they always answer anyway just in case.
Yang gives excellent piggyback rides and their child demands them constantly.
Blake on the other hand is the best at making their kid laugh by spinning them round though she regrets giving in to that request after the one time the Beeby pukes all over her afterwards.
The child has picked up so many swear words from Blake by the time they’re a teenager and Yang is Not Happy.
Yang gets extremely emotional over everything their kid does while they’re growing up because she’s just so damn proud. Blake finds it adorable.
By the time the Beeby is ten Blake has started teaching them how to throw punches and knives, and some basic self defence stuff. Yang is very confused and a little concerned until Blake explains that she had to learn this stuff young when she was a child so she just wants to make sure that their kid can protect themself.
Aunt Ruby gives the Beeby far too many cookies every time she looks after them no matter how many times Blake tries to warn her.
Aunt Weiss also gives the kid far too many sweets etc. but is far more stealthy about it because she wants to pretend that she doesn’t think their child is the cutest thing in the whole world.
Blake vets all of her child’s prospective suitors when they get old enough to date. All of them.
Yang reads to their kids every night, just like she used to do for Ruby.
Blake teases Yang relentlessly for always caving instantly to their kid’s puppy dog eyes, but does exactly the same herself.
There are many food fights in the Belladonna-Xiao Long household.
Contrary to what their friends think, Blake is the one who ends up encouraging their kids to get into trouble more while Yang just facepalms with a long-suffering sigh because it’s her fault for agreeing to marry a member of the White Fang.
Blake absolutely occasionally ends up sitting in an important meeting with her newborn child perched on her lap because Yang couldn’t be in to look after them, glaring at anyone who dares to question why the High Leader of the White Fang is holding a baby while discussing how best to liquidate the Schnee Dust Company’s assets.
Yang winds up pursuing a career as an engineer, though both of them still take on Hunts with Ruby and Weiss sometimes, and she makes lots of toys for their kids.
Blake’s cooking improves a little with time Yang tries to teach her but they always get too distracted flirting for it to be effective but Yang remains the primary chef of the family.
All of their children are as loved as can possibly be and have the most badass family in Remnant with their parents and the rest of the gang as adoptive family.
