I'm not necessarily domesticated, I'm urbanized. I've learned how humans work and I live alongside them, knowing they aren't a threat to me. They feed me and let me stay because I'm cute. I let them put accessories on me and wag my tail for them but they don't have control over me.

Being a cat doesn’t look the same for every cat, for example. It’s easy to get swept up in trending songs that a popular cat therian is doing, but you aren’t required to participate as a cat yourself. Some cats don’t like fish, some cats work grueling full-time jobs, some cats identify as a cat and leave it as that.

The most powerful someone can be is at their most authentic self, and social media is a harsh landscape for being authentic. Success in numbers is a give and take - to be widely liked is to be a figure that can do no wrong, that can make everyone smile.

For some reason, hearing myself refered to as canine is offputting? Dont science me, I dont fucking care if they are canines, but to me, vulpine is just so much better and way less inaccurate. Even feline works better. I've always firmly placed foxes directly between cats and dogs, and hearing everyone say "canine" when trying to talk about me feels like when people say "Hey girls....and Sam." or smth yk.?? Idk. Thoughts?

I only use vulpine

I prefer vulpine, but I'm not bothered by canine

I like going by both

I dont have a preference/either or neither is fine
