The last few days of college were the most exhausting days of my life, but I could finally take a break and have fun, no more essays, no more work.
I was getting ready to head out to a local bar when my phone started ringing. Yay... my sister.
"What do you want?" I said searching for my shoes.
"Someone is moody" she said laughing "you want to go out with me and some friends?"
"Hm... who's going to be there?" I said not wanting to meet my ex.
"Don't worry, Jeong is not going to be there" she said,
"Fine" I said sighing "but hurry, I want to have fun" I said hanging up on her.
I grabbed a pair of black heels and my purse and headed to the front door to be greeted by my sister entering.
"Polite much?" I said putting on my shoes.
"Runs in the family" she said taking off her shoes heading to the kitchen.
"What do you want?" I said looking at the door to see a gorgeous girl standing there "Hyeon?" I said heading to the kitchen "who's that?" I said as she started eating some snacks.
"Come in girl" she hollered at the girl who was still standing at the door "Hana Amber, Amber Hana, now you know each other. Now on to Hyun's house!" she said running to the car.
"Hi..." Amber said awkwardly. I waved at her and followed Hyeon to the car.
After about an hour into the party everyone was pretty much drunk off their ass making out with random people or flirting and touchy. I was sitting in the kitchen with a glass of Coke when a big dude approached me.
"Hey there cutie" he said, his breath stinking of alcohol.
"I'm not interested" I said getting up to leave only to be pushed against the wall "Let me go please" I said trying not to get him angry.
"Oh, come on baby, lets have some fun upstairs" he said putting his hand on my hip only to be yanked away forcibly.
"You deaf or something?" a familiar voice said standing in front of me. Amber. "Come on, I'll take you home" she said grabbing my hand taking me to the car. "You ok?" she said getting in the drivers sit.
"Yeah..." I said still shocked "I guess... why did you do that?" I said, her face now turning red.
"Hm..." she said nervously "I saw how uncomfortable you were, and, I mean, you're my friends sister so..." she said, her eyes never leaving the road.
"Thank you but... why does that leave you so nervous?" I said smirking.
"I saved you so appreciate it!" she said laughing "but seriously are you ok?" she said reaching for my hand. "I'm sorry" she said quickly taking it away.
"That's fine" I said reaching for her hand holding it in mine.
The rest of the trip home was quietly and peacefully with her hand never leaving mine.
Everyone dreams of being a star and being famous when they're young, I was finally going to live my dream, after the SM Entertainment auditions in California, I was one of the few lucky girls to be selected so I was now on my way to Seoul, South Korea. It was my first time being away from my family and friends but if this meant a better life to all of us, I was willing to do it.
After the 12-hour flight we finally landed in the Incheon airport to be joint by the other trainees and were lead to our dorm rooms.
"You'd better go sleep now, you have to wake up at 6:30am sharp!" Eun, the assistant who met us at the airport said.
After she divided us into groups of four each we all headed to our respective rooms to settle down. After what seemed like forever we were all able to finally lay down and relax.
"I'm Hyun!" one of the girls said smiling widely "Where are you guys from? I'm from here!" someone's rather happy, I thought to myself.
"Hyeon, Busan" another one said smiling kindly.
"Iseul, Daegu" she said putting the snacks in front of us. "How about you?" she said snapping her fingers in my face.
"Oh sorry" I said "Hana, California" I said smiling.
"Ah! You're the American girl!" Hyun said wide eyed. "What is it like over there? Did you live there all your life? Oh my God!"
"Normal...?" I said not sure of what to say. "Growing up I travelled a lot, to Europe specially visiting family so..."
"We should probably go to sleep, don't forget 6:30 sharp" Iseul said heading to the top bunk.
"Aish this is going to be a hard life from now on" Hyeon said sighing.
"Don't worry! We're doing what we love!" Hyun said jumping onto her bed.
"How do you have so much energy?" I said snuggling under the covers.
"I'm just super excited" she said laughing "I always wanted to be able to provide my family with a better life" she said smiling sweetly.
"Well... you can make that happen now" I said smiling at her "Night everyone."
"Night" they said.

Waking up the next morning was hell specially for Hyun who had stayed up all night on her phone. By the time we were all ready Hyun had just finished showering.
"We have 20 minutes until they're here!" Iseul said setting down our food.
"More than enough!" Hyun said laughing.
After we were done eating and all the dishes were washed, we headed to the room to gather our bags.
"Hyun we're leaving" Hyeon said trying to get her to hurry. "Seriously, five minutes Hyun!"
"Done!" she said skipping in with her makeup and hair all done with a pair of high waisted black shorts, a white ripped band t-shirt and black heels, making her body look gorgeous.
They were all dressed up, I, on the other hand, was simply wearing some black sweatpants, an oversized black Led Zeppelin t-shirt with some black Converse.
"You have tattoos?!" Hyun said grabbing onto my arms.
"No time, you'll see them later!" Iseul said "We'll be late."
Once we got to the front of the building everyone was already waiting for the assistant to come, and, again, everyone was dressed rather fancily.
"Should I have dressed... better?" I whispered to Hyeon.
"This is no party, its work they're just trying to impress them, this is about talent not how fancy you dress" she said patting my back. She wasn't dressed up, not like the others, she was just wearing a pair of ripped jeans, a plain white t-shirt and a pair of Nike Airs.
As soon as we arrived to the SM building we were divided into groups again, me, Hyun, Hyeon and Iseul were sent up to the dance room were five girls were waiting for us along with the choreographer, Kim.
"Welcome girls" she said smiling warmly "today we have kpop girlgroup f(x) here to help you guys with your choreography for your second audition."
"Hello!" Sulli said smiling brightly "You'll be preforming... ELETRIC SHOOK!" she said clapping her hands eagerly.
We started talking and going over the basics and practicing, but I couldn't focus, all I could think about was the fact that Amber was in the room with us and talking to us.
After about an hour we finally took a break and everyone went out to eat. I stayed behind and sat on the floor catching my breath.
"You're not going to eat?" a voice said above me.
"Jesus Christ" I said shocked "I'm not hungry."
"I'm Amber" she said extending her hand out to me.
"I think everyone here knows who you are" I said laughing.
"As the flat chested one or the undercover boy in a girlgroup?" she said sitting by my side.
"Both?"
We kept on talking until everyone came back and we continued with our rehearsal. By the time we were done and ready to leave the girls pulled us aside.
"We know you're probably scared, but you need to focus and not freak out, you need thick skin in this industry" Krystal said as they all hugged us before leaving.
Just as Amber and I were about to hug, she whispered in my ear 'look in your pocket" her voice sending shivers down my spine. As they left, we headed back to our places to rest for our audition tomorrow. I reached into my pocket for the piece of paper. It read 'It was a pleasure to meet you 😉' with a phone number underneath.
'Oh my God... is this for real' I thought to myself. This should be a fun ride...

Everyone has that one person who’s constantly nagging you, in my case that person is Lee Joo Heon. He’s a nice guy, the downside is that he’s always following me around.
I was walking down the hallway when I saw my ex Joon. Just when I turned around I bumped into Jooheon. I looked up and he had a big smile on his face.
“Hello!” he said grinning “Did you know that Joon has a new girlfriend? I heard he dumped some other chick, he said she was crazy” he said laughing.
I ran to the library where I saw my best friend Minhyuk. I started walking towards him when I felt someone hold me back. I turned around to see Jooheon standing there.
“Do you not understand that I do not want to talk to you?” I said ripping my wrist from his grip.
“I’m sorry” he said in a low voice “I didn’t mean to be rude, I was just wondering if you were ok, you stormed off earlier” he said scratching his neck.
I could feel myself starting to tear up, I didn’t want to break down in front of anyone but I couldn’t hold it back.
I could feel the tears stream down my cheeks when Jooheon pulled me to his arms petting my head as I cried. My head was telling me to leave but my body wouldn’t move, his heartbeat seemed to calm me down.
I lifted my head but before I could say anything I felt his lips against mine. They were sweet, they felt good. His mouth had a minty taste to it.
“Jooheon” I said pulling our bodies apart “I can’t do this right now, I’m sorry” I said.
I looked up at him, his eyes were watery, you could see the sadness in them, but I couldn’t let myself go through that again, I wouldn’t get my heart broken again.
“I’m sorry, I have to go” I said leaving him alone.

I couldn’t stop thinking about the kiss. I can’t lie, I liked it, it felt good but I couldn’t handle another heartbreak.
I walked in my room and noticed a paper on my bed.
Meet me outside your house after school xx
I giggled and placed the letter back on the bed. I walked down to the living room where my younger sister was watching TV.
I sat and picked up my phone to see a message form Minhyuk.
“Finally gave Jooheon a chance?”
“What?! No…”
“Yeah right… well, you should. I have to go, talk to you tomorrow. Love you”
I laughed to myself and went back to my room. Maybe he was right, I could give him a chance.
I grabbed a top and a pair of black jeans and threw them on. I picked up my phone and went back down. I took a look at the living room where my sister was. I picked up my Converse and threw them on.
Once outside I crossed the street and saw someone sitting on the bench with a rose. When he looked up I saw Jooheon.
“Hi” he said rubbing his neck ”This is for you” he said handing me the rose.
“Thank you” I said smiling “How did you put that note in my bedroom?” I asked sitting.
“Actually… your sister did it” he said grinning.
“That little…” I just laughed and looked back at him “So, why did you want me to come meet you?” I asked smiling.
“Well, first I wanted to say I’m sorry, I noticed how you reacted when I mentioned Joon” he said looking me in the eye “And also that I love you and I have for quite a while now.”
I didn’t know what to say, I was out of words.
“I’m sorry, if you don’t feel the same way I understand…” he said sadly “I know you like Joon…”
“Why would you think that?” I asked placing my hand on his arm.
“When we were at school, I noticed you reaction when I said Joon had a new girlfriend, it was kind of obvious” he said playing with his fingers.
“No, I don’t like Joon” I said “Actually, he’s my ex, he was probably talking about me when mentioning the crazy ex” I said removing my hand from his arm.
“Well… he is an ass for breaking up with a girl like you” he said smiling at mea.
We stood there talking and laughing the rest of the evening. When the sun started to set he insisted on taking me to my door.
“Before you leave” he said in a low voice “I wanted to ask you if you would like to go out with me tomorrow afternoon?” he said almost whispering.
“Sure” I said smiling.
“Oh… okay, I understand…” he said starting to leave “Wait what?!” he said quickly turning around.
I laughed at his silliness and gave him a peck on the cheek and waved goodbye while he walked away jumping like a kid.
My heart was racing, something I never experienced before, not Joon or anyone else.
May JongHyun rest in peace. This world has lost a wonderful human being, not only was he an amazing artitst but he was a wonderful person with a great personality, who, unfortunately, lost his life to his demons.
Let’s remember him for the wonderful man he was and not just because he was an idol. Let’s remember that beautiful, cheerful smile of his, and how happy he made us all.

You’ll never be forgotten, heaven has just gained another angel....
Everyone knows dating a celebrity is never easy, and dating a kpop idol is just as hard. Me and Jiwon have been dating for almost a year now, no one apart from the rest of the guys from iKON and our family members knew about the relationship, that was until a fan who had been stalking Jiwon saw the two of us having dinner together one night. I knew someday, somehow his fans would end up knowing about the two of us, but I never thought it would be that hard for me.
I was home sitting in the couch, listening to the rain pour outside, thinking about Jiwon, when my phone went off. It was my sister, Iseul.
'What the hell Hana?! You're pregnant and didn’t even tell us?!'
As soon as I read her message my head started spinning. What the hell was she talking about?
'What are you saying Iseul? I'm not nor have I ever been pregnant.'
After finally convincing her that the pregnancy rumors were not true, I put my phone down and headed to the kitchen to get some hot chocolate and then headed back to the living room, grabbed my laptop and sat back on the couch. I opened all kpop news outlets to see the rumors Iseul had talked about, everyone was talking about how lately my body looked bloated and how loose fitting my clothes were.
"For crying out loud, when did I ever wear skin tight clothes?" I said to myself. I closed my laptop and changed into a pair of sweatpants, an iKON sweater and a pair of black Converse and headed to a nearby convenience store to pick up some groceries. I quickly ran inside the store, trying to escape the rain, I was greeted by the lovely old lady who owned the place.
"Oh, hello dear" she said smiling sweetly pulling me to a table "Everything ok? You seem down" she said gently patting my back.
"Boyfriend things I guess you could say" I said letting out a nervous laugh.
"Boys, all they do is cause trouble" she said laughing.
"Couldn't agree more" I said getting up. "I better get my shopping done and go back home, busy day tomorrow."
I quickly got my groceries and headed back to my apartment to be greeted by a girl looking through the window. I didn't say anything and took out my keys and tried to enter.
"Hey! It's you!" the girl screamed, yanking me back away from the door.
"What do you think you're doing?!" I said pushing her away giving me enough time to get in and lock the door. "Crazy people" I said as the girl kept screaming and swearing.
I entered my apartment and put my bags down in the kitchen. Once I got back to the living room, I noticed my phone's notification light going off. I quickly grab it to see a bunch of missed calls from Jiwon, so I decide to call him back.
"Oh my God Hana, are you ok?!" he said his voice shaking.
"I'm sorry babe, I went grocery shopping and forget my phone at home" I said sitting on the couch. "How are you guys doing?" I said hoping he hadn't seen the news.
"We're doing alright" he said he voice clearly showing his sadness "Hana... I miss you so much baby" he said his voice cracking.
"I miss you too" I said my eyes getting watery.
"Hey, so you're pregnant?" he said trying to lighten the mood.
"You saw that too?" I said laughing. "My family thought that was true Jiwon, I'm not kidding" I said shaking my head.
"Hey, who said I don't want kids?" he said faking offense.
I kept checking my watch as the bus seemed to drive at a snail's pace down the road.
Just when I thought it couldn't possibly get worse the bus came to a halt.
"I apologize to announce, but there is a bad accident up the road and the busses are delaying their schedules." The bus driver's voice rang over the intercom.
"Aish." I cursed and stood up making my way to the front, "Ahjussi, may I be let off here? Please." I pleaded.
"Dey." I replied and he opened the door.
I thanked him and bowed before bolting it out of the bus and down the street.
I ran and ran until I literally couldn't.
I stopped to breath before briskly walking the rest of the way home.
When I arrived there it was quiet. I hung up my jacket and removed my shoes and slipped on my slippers.
"Oppa?" I called out softly.
I entered the living room and my boyfriend, Jung Tae-won of 3 years sat on the couch glaring at the floor.
There were a few empty bottles of beer on the small coffee table.
"Why are you so late?" He asked.
"Work ran a bit late and then there was a huge crash so I had to run home." I answered softly.
"And you couldn't of text me or answer the damn phone when I call? Or do you not know how to answer a fucking phone?" He spat.
"I'm sorry it died, it won't happen again. I'm sorry." I said softly over and over.
"Shut up!" He yelled and flung the beer bottles, I winced as they shattered on the ground.
"Those are just excuses! I bet you were whoring around with that label you dance for you fucking slut!" He stood up and started making his way toward me with his fist raised.
I sat with my back against the cold wall. This wasn't the first time he raised his fist to me and I doubt it would be the last. Still I stuck by his side hoping and believing things could return to the way they were in the beginning when we were happy and in love.
I wiped the blood from my nose and shakily stood up.
I knew bruises were forming against my stomach, arms and legs.
Tae-won was passed out on the couch and I tiptoed to the closet to collect the broom and dust pan so I could clean the glass from the floor.
After I did that, I made my way into the bathroom and took a hot shower while sobbing loudly. Why couldn't I find the courage to leave?
I finished up in the bathroom and put some pajamas on. I took a blanket to my boyfriend. I laid it on him and stared at him peacefully sleeping.
"I hate you." I whispered, "I wish I could tell you that when you were awake."
I made my way back to the room and went to sleep as I had an early day tomorrow.
"1, 2, 3, go!" My best friend Shin Hyo-seob said to the beat and we began dancing the new routine we started.
I hit the movements fluidly despite being sore and in pain.
We finished the Choreography and got some water.
"Yah Hana~ aren't you dying in that?" He asked. I assumed he was referring to my long sleeved black shirt and black leggings. It was rather hellish in the dance practice room but I couldn't let anyone see the bruises that painted my body.
"Eh I'm fine." I shrugged and drank some more water.
"Once more just to make sure it's ready for the video?" I asked and he nodded.
We started the song over and began to dance.
In the middle of the dance Hyo-seob stopped and turned off the music.
"Did we mess up?" I asked confused.
"I just saw a huge ass bruise on your stomach, what happened?" He asked clearly concerned.
"It's nothing, I fell." I said looking away from him.
"Again?" He asked obviously not believing me.
"Yeah. Again!" I snapped, I began gathering my things "we nailed it. I gotta go." I said and quickly left before he could stop me to interrogate me further.
I couldn't have him find out about what my boyfriend did to me, I simply couldn't have him doing anything to Tae-won.
I was heading home when I got a call from Bo-Ah. I glanced at it and ignored it throwing the phone back inside my bag. I knew she knew about mine and Tae-won’s relationship, she'd seen all the bruised and bloody noses he'd given me.
"I know you saw my call" Bo-Ah's voice said behind me.
"Oh, sorry, I'm kind of in a hurry" I said smiling, "Tae-won is waiting for me, I should be going. See you later" I said bowing and started walking back to the bus stop.
I knew Bo-Ah has known about what was going on with me and Tae-won, she has been Hyo-seob’s and my best friend since the crib. I couldn't keep anything from her, even if I wanted to; but I also knew I could trust her with anything and everything.
Once I got home, I opened the door to see Tae-won sitting in the kitchen on his phone.
"Jagi~" he said smiling brightly at me, "I'm sorry about yesterday, I don't know what came over me, I swear it won't happen again" he said hugging me tightly.
'You always say the same damn thing' I thought to myself.
"It's ok oppa" I said putting on my best fake smile, "What do you want for dinner?" I asked walking into the kitchen.
"It's not food that I want" he said wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Oh..." I couldn't refuse him. If that meant a day without being beaten I would do anything.
"Let's take this to the bedroom" he said pulling me behind him.
I laid in bed staring at the ceiling. That was Tae-won, he loved to act like he was some kind of God in bed, but he was plain selfish. There was a time in our relationship, a really long time ago, where I enjoyed having sex with him, a time where he showed affection towards me and treated me with respect. But now, sex was nothing for me, just something to get Tae-won off. It has been so long since I'd actually climaxed.
I got up and started getting dressed when I felt him place his hand on the small of my back.
"Where are you going?" He said kissing my neck, sucking harshly.
"Tae-won, I'm not in the mood for a second go around." I said sighing.
"Why?!" He shouted grabbing me by my hair. "You've been fucking around with that dude Hyo-seob?! Is that why you don't want to fuck with me anymore?!" He said kicking me in the stomach, throwing my body onto the bed again.
"Tae-won, please don't do this!" I pleaded as I backed up from him.
"You think you can go around fucking with that bastard?" He said grabbing my ankles, pulling me to the end of the bed. "You think I'm going to allow that, you bitch?!" He said throwing me against the wall.
Before I knew it, he threw me back onto the bed tying my arms and my ankles to the bed.
"You're going to see what happens to a whore like you" he said slapping me across the face.
There was no escaping from him, there was no way I could ever be freed from this monster... This was my destiny.
(Series name might be changed later on, it’s most probably temporary. Also, we’ve had this scenario written for a really ong time, and since I’ve re started writing the second part, I decided to post it.)
Woo Jiho and I have been dating for about 2 weeks now.
We had known each other almost a year before we started dating and yet we acted so timid and shy around one another.
Tonight he made some time so we could watch a movie at my apartment with take out and treats.
I had just finished setting out the food and drinks when there was a knock at the door.
I answered it and smiled at Jiho, he smiled back at me and came in.
I shut the door grabbed the pair of slippers I bought for him to use while at my apartment.
"Here." I said setting them in front of him.
"Thank you." He said softly and took off his shoes slipping his feet into the slippers.
"Come in, make yourself comfortable." I said motioning toward the front room.
"The food looks great, thanks." He smiled and sat down on the couch.
"I got it from the Ajumma across the street." I said.
"Ah I see." He said.
"So what movie would you like to watch? I have Monster, Pure Love, Secretly Greatly, Finding Mr. Destiny, the Beauty Inside, Twenty, and the Technician's." I told him looking over my movie collection.
"How about Secretly Greatly?" He suggested.
"Sounds good." I took the movie off of my shelf putting it in the DVD player.
I sat on the couch leaving a good distance of space between us.
We started to eat as the movie began.
Once we ate our fill I turned the light off and returned to the couch.
I still sat with a fair distance between us and we both stiffly sat against the back of the couch.
As the night progressed we slowly moved closer and got more relaxed.
"Are you crying?" Jiho asked me, I sniffled and noticed some of my tears had landed on his shirt.
I sat up and wiped my eyes, "mianhae." I said.
He chuckled and wrapped his arm around me bringing me into a warm embrace and rubbed my arm soothingly.
"It's okay Jagiya~" he said
I smiled and cozily wrapped my arms around him.
"We should do this every Friday, shall your schedule permit." I said.
"I would love that." He smiled.
We finished the movie and started another.
We fell asleep entangled in one another's embraces.
I would say this date was quite successful.

I ignored it and shoved my phone in pocket and got back to work.
A while later my phone buzzed again.
I took out and read the text.

"Getting a lot of work done I see." My boss said looking over my cubicle.
I rolled my eyes and put my phone away and went back to work.
Of course if something could go wrong it did.
The power cut out and all of the data I had entered was gone even though I swore I had saved it, I spilt some lunch on my shirt and my soda exploded.
I was so done by the time I clocked out.
I tiredly walked out of the building and started to head to the bus stop when I heard a familiar voice holler my name.
I looked around the parking lot and spotted Jay waving at me while leaning against his car.
I made my way to him and hugged his middle burying my face in his chest; I could the vibrations of his chuckling.
"You look like shit babe."
I pulled away and pouted.
"Is that sauce on your shirt?" He asked and I nodded.
"Let's get you home and changed." He said and walked over to the other side of the car to open the door.
I immediately put my seatbelt on and gripped the door handle.
Jay semi-safely got us home.
When we got inside I noticed the lights were down low and candles were lit around the living room and my favorite take out food was set out nicely.
"Jay!" I exclaimed as tears filled my eyes.
"Yah don't cry Babe. Simon and Gray did this for me. Go change into something comfy and then we can eat and watch your dramas." He said.
I hugged him tightly once more.
"What did I do to deserve you?" I mumbled into his chest. He rubbed my back softly.
"If anything I'm the lucky one." He said, "but seriously go get comfy and let's eat before it gets cold." He said pushing me off toward the bedroom.
I changed into some sweats and one of Jay's t-shirts.
I went back out and we ate while he let me rant about the rest of my day.
After we finished eating and clearing the table we snuggled up on the couch. He softly rubbed my back as we watched the latest drama I was following.
Occasionally Jay would snag my attention away from the drama and shower my face and lips with sweet kisses.
Despite the complete shit day I was so incredibly lucky and grateful to come home to such a sweet and thoughtful boyfriend.
