It was genuinely the sweetest thing ever when Elphaba took Fiyero into her hideout and he looks around and feels incredible sorrow that the person he loves has had to live like this for so long and then picks up madam morrible's propaganda flyer of her and realizes that's the image of herself she's been living with and then tells her that she's beautiful, not that he thinks she's beautiful, that she is beautiful. And then reassures her when she says he's lying.

How anyone doubts Fiyero and his love is just insane. The man walked through a tornado to find his green girl wife some fierce and loyal protection. Saved her AGAIN from the Gale Force. He took the time to EXPLICITLY SAY: “Protect HER”. Reaffirming to everyone present of his love for Elphaba and thus confirming his intention to die for her safety. Held a gun to he’s ex fiancé’s head to buy her time to escape. In that 5 minutes of screen time he does more for Elphaba than anyone else in both films.

How do people doubt him. I DON’T UNDERSTAND.
