Hey, I just felt compelled to send some love your way tonight because I reread moments of gold and flashes of light again yesterday and seriously, I found it just as touching and melancholy and heartbreaking and hopeful as the first time. And I'm just as wanting of a sequel as I was immediately after my initial read. Even more so now. So just know, if you ever decide to post one, this girl is so there. I'm certain I'm not alone, lol. Lovely, lovely story.

I am not sure if it would be helpful or not to tell you that there is a sequel that lives in a perpetual state of *unfinished* - but I do very much appreciate the love ❤️

Anyone who ignores the impact of Elizabeth Weir when discussing the women of Stargate, is not worthy.

Love the scene of Sam and Dr Frasier having a whole sciencey conversation with Jack right there and not engaging with him at all because he has no clue what they're talking about, beautiful, fantastic work, this is the opposite of mansplaining this is man shutting the fuck up because he can barely follow the conversation. It is beautiful

I love how often Jack portrayed ‘man shutting tf up’ incredibly well - man doesn’t need to open his trap when Samantha Carter has *got this*.
