The Battalion of Death (Battalion Malatesta) was an Italian anarchist unit during the Spanish Civil War. The battalion was formed by a few hundred Italian anarchist exiles in France.  It was organized and funded by Diego Abad de Santillan and commanded by the Italian Camillo Berneri. 

Late March 1937, the battalion made ​​its debut parading through the Paseo de Gracia and the Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona wearing their smart uniforms and brandishing the slogan “without God nor master”. It made quite an impression on the audience.

They wore black turtleneck jerseys, olive-green uniforms with ammunition belts and a black beret with a skull and a dagger badge. The battalion consisted of both men and women.

1. The first amendment allows people like literal Nazis to spread their genocidal ideologies. People who want to murder other people just because of their ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, etc. should not be given a platform.

2. The third amendment only says that people’s homes should not be searched without their consent. The second you step outside of your home, police can stop you any time they want. The police can pressure someone to allow them to search their person all they want with no consequence.

3. Nobody in government cares about the fourth amendment anymore. The NSA spies on literally everyone with no probable cause whatsoever.

4. The nineneenth amendment is less than 100 years old lmao

I think you really need to go take a class or something to understand these amendments fully and what they mean. 

The first absolutely reaffirms everyone’s the right to free speech. Be it Nazish or not. They should be given equal platform. If you disagree you can not listen to them just like I disagree with what they are saying but I’m not going to advocate taking that away from them. 

The Ninteenth is less than 100 years old, but hardly anyone that voted for it is alive anymore and the world has changed drastically in that time. It’s from an older time with different values so it’s outdated right? If you say no then the 2nd Amendment is not outdated either.

The nineteenth amendment protects women, but who else can’t vote in the US to this day? Felons, residents of US territories like Puerto Rico, many transgender people, and many other instances of voter suppression.

Felons should not be allowed to vote. Show me where it says Trans people can’t vote. Puerto Rico is not a US state. What voter suppression? ID requirements? Not allowing illegals to vote?
