her eyes were the sickly green of the sky before a tornado, and to his horror he discovered she could throw cows around just as easily
to his horror? weak shit. outta my way gayboy im boutta get it
all of our trobles seem so small from up here
I kinda wanted this to be a lot longer but wasn’t sure how well it would post.
Just drawing something for the sake of drawing something. I need to get back into drawing more regularly.

Not For Long. Bullshit. Keep Eyes On This Number,
It is Decline Will Correlate
i HATE the glowing tome
if I see one more "why age verification is bad" post that doesn't even bother to mention that locking young people out of huge sections of the public sphere - literally the stated goal and primary impact of this shit - is wrong in and of itself I will simply start hitting people with bricks
yes yes biometric data privacy blah blah adults can hypothetically by harmed by this too. what about the immediate and deliberate and not at all hypothetical harm to youth. why are you acting like a potential data leak about what your face looks like, which if it ever happened would at least be generally recognised as a problem, is a more serious issue than cutting millions of people off from information and community and public expression which is happening right now in the open with large scale support
it's got the stench of fucking "banned books week" on it. thousands of adults congratulating themselves for reading books literally no one is trying to stop them from reading while doing nothing to improve access for the young people who are the ones actually having those books made off-limits to them.
[normal person voice] as we all know, the public sphere consists largely of strip clubs and pools of glowing green acid
Girls, I am no longer asking, I am begging. Install shinigami eyes. It is absurdly effective and the team behind it has almost never had a false positive in flagging someone as transphobic, transmisogynist, or otherwise unsafe. you put yourself at risk not knowing who you are reblogging from. you are putting your brothers and sisters and siblings at risk by reblogging.
Something that often goes unsaid but is true: Shinigami eyes does not only protect the transmisogynized. It protects all of us. Falling into hateful rhetoric and hurting the people around you benefits no one, especially not you.
You have to root out hateful ideology at its base, and being unaware of tools designed to help you do that in this day in age is allowing harm to spread when so much energy and money is directed towards attacking trans women.
seriously. it's free, it's non-intrusive, and sometimes it's actually funny because of the random political figures marked green/red.
Shinigami Eyes is a browser extension that highlights known trans-friendly and anti-trans pages/users on social networks with different colo
"But I keep seeing people talking about being mismarked and how shinigami eyes is awful and not upkept and misandrist!"
I've been using it periodically for like 2 years and I've seen ONE truly mismarked blog, who was a Black transfeminist I knew personally. Basically every other blog I've seen marked red I can find out why within a minute or less on their blog and block them. If someone is saying they've been "wrongly marked" by shinigami eyes, they're like 99% lying their ass off and have been caught balls deep in transmisogyny multiple times but try to be crypto.
Also like, as a "bigger blog" who almost entirely uses tumblr from my phone, I basically just use it from my computer every like two to three weeks for 10-15 minutes to clear out potential problems. And I really can’t stress enough that it takes me <10-15 minutes to block recent transmisogynists. Today I blocked seven and not a single one took me more than a minute on their blog to determine they were blockworthy.
Here’s what I do.
1. Go to activity and select only replies, mentions, asks, and reblogs with content
2. Click scroll wheel on your mouse and scroll at medium speed (fast enough it’s not tedious but slow enough you can identify colors as they go by)
3. Stop at any red and open in new tab, scroll down their blog for about 30 seconds to judge most recent stuff, then search “Transandrophobia”, “TERF” or “SWERF”, or “TRF”/“Trans rad fem”/“trans radfem” or similar and see how many posts are basically “those bitch women/feminists” or implying trans women are men type posts. You will almost always find multiple within 30 seconds of normal scrolling.
4. Block them. If you’re feeling froggy and have spare time, can use their profiles as free blocklists.
5. Repeat step 1, but select only “reblogs without content”. This selection is almost always larger activity-wise and TERFs/TMRAs will often reblog stuff without comment so others of their ilk can target the posters they reblogged.
6. Repeat step 2.
7. Repeat step 3.
8. Repeat step 4.
9. Do same thing for follower/following lists.
You truly don’t have to do it very often. If you’re suddenly getting more harassment or have a controversial post pop off, it can be useful to do this a couple days later because it’s also likely these are some of the people harassing you. It’s so quick and easy and will improve your experience on here so much.

i hate when americans say wednesday when it's literally the end of wednesday just shut the fuck up
ai should only be used to create fake videos of dogs destroying houses with powerful jets of water from their mouths
you're stealing jobs from real dogs who destroy houses with powerful jets of water from their mouths
you probably have cancer, (wearing a stethoescope around my neck), by the way, i did noticed that your dog is terribly alive, as a volunteer veterinarian, i Do advise a series of crushing blows until the animal ceases to move or react to external stimuli
now why am i seeing "video game music isn't music" as a take
some people really do just make up a guy to be mad at. twice
I mean legitimately horrid take but it doesn't feel accurate to say that this is making up a guy to get mad at. because like. "Guy who exclusively listens to videogame OSTs and feels smugly superior about it" is very much not only *a* real guy but an entire Type Of Guy on the internet.
Like the last screenshot here presents "anything on the radio isn't music" as a silly hypothetical to prove a point, but there's a good chance that that was exactly the type of opinion that OOP was trying to be a contrarian against in the first place place, because the idea that non-videogame music is just formulaic repetitive vapid background noise that can never reach the emotional heights of a videogame OST is an opinion that's genuinely held by a small but not insignificant (and very vocal) population of Gamers™ (often stemming from a lack of familiarity with non-videogame-music beyond mass-produced top 40s pop, or from memeticlaly ingrained stereotypes about rap and country). This take is very clearly just the contrarian, pendulum-swinging-too-far-in-the-other-direction response to it.
op in the screenshot describes trance music and then points towards video game music. besides music is just arranged noises. sometimes it's even a lackthereof arrangement or noise.
it is fascist rhetoric to claim things are not art because it doesn't reach an arbitrary standard.
yeah i just love it when a character is in an escapable torment nexus for a huge portion of their life and it defines every aspect of their existence forever. also whats cptsd
we have to start running a massive PSA campaign to young gay people so everyone understands there is a difference between being a dom and being a top and between being a sub and being a bottom. and also that sometimes you are neither a sub nor a bottom and you're just like shy. we need to be handing out flyers we need ads at every train station spreading the word
