The vessel was wary. She knew it was her light’s voice, and she trusted her, but she could tell she had to fight for control. Though, it appeared control came much easier for her light. So, she approached, sheathing her weapon. She was certain her light would be able to maintain control. She knew that Pale Fop would not be able to contain her grander light.
Once close enough, the being steps forward to embrace her little one. Arms around the vessel in such a gentle, such a loving, such a motherly manner.
Oh the joy it brought her...
Pulling away, a gentle touch upon the other’s cheek to crane her gaze upwards... Glowing eyes, oh so soft.
“ And just what might your name be, my child...?”
Concept: infected pale king (the pale husk) fight defending kings brand. Then dream version with true pale king in white palace after getting ether dream no more or embrace the void ending.
OUGH… the radiance getting ahold of his physical body is… damn. there’s some morbid satisfaction for her right there

“…Huh?” Was all the vessel could manage. She heard her lights voice, the one she heard in her dreams. But she also heard the voice of the Pale Fop. What was…going on? “My light…are…no…he did not do something so…stupid did he?!” She says. “Did the Pale Fop actually think it a good idea to seal you within himself?!” She shouts a mixture of shock, anger and…something, she wasn’t sure.
The sheer look of determination had struggled to turn to a smug smirk, eyes returning to their glowing state;
“Ahh.. My child; how could one expect any less from a lowly worm?”
The beings state, forcibly relaxed, returning to a calmer posture, claws once poised for attack, arms now outstretched to embrace,
“ Little one, no mere mortals words may describe the happiness you’ve brought me... Come, Let me gaze upon you closer,”

“PALE WYRRRRRRMMMMMMMM!” A voice shouts jumping down into view from above Scythe drawn. It was a vessel, and despite popular belief that they couldn’t emote, this one looked VERY angry. “Finally! After all this time I found you. Trying to escape from her glorious light!? The light you have tried to seal away!? I will not allow it! I will defeat you and bring your head to her as tribute!” She says now sounding crazed.
The beings’ eyes, bright with light, widened as they rushed to scuttle out of the scythe’s path. Claws drawn, Wings shot from his robes, ready at moment’s notice.
Then, as the words called out, the glows strength burst, and a low, reverberating laughter rung out. It was soft, a chorus, a buzz.
“ My child! “ Her voice sung so sweet, a mother’s touch,
“ Much pride to your goddess do bring! A tribute need you not; your search for your light to end has come! For I am here! Let not thine shell sway your loyal heart~ “ She coos.
“ Child o’ mine, “ Another voice strains to speak through, “ Stay away. “ Was all he was able to say, the Goddess’s overwhelming power clouding even a will and head as his.
She could feel it. The Radiant Light that she worshiped so fervently. However, she was not alone. Nearby, or at least as far as she could tell, was the light that paled in comparison, the light she loathed and despised. She assumed the two were most likely in combat, so she rushed on over rapidly. She would not let her light be taken away from her! (@ the-radiant-vessel )

The Pale Pallor’d Majesty had clearly seen better ions, once pristine shell now cracked, royal robes tarnished. Fitting the role better that of a beggar than of highest royalty. And muttering to himself like a beggar as well. Wandering the wastes of his kingdom- His seed of immortality, what was set to grow into so much more. Ruined.
It seems he was at war with something, but in a verbal feud rather than a physical altercation. Before the chattered stopped. Listening.
