Usually Elijah did not come to these things - well he never really went to places unless requested. However he was on one of his walks to clear his head and ended up seeing the wonderful lights. It was inspiration city for a prouder such as himself. He walked deeper into the golden lights, looking around in awe hands stayed in the pockets of his jeans. He was totally lost in the scene until her heard the voice was a woman. He did not even notice he was looking her way - as he did often when lost in his head. âFace painting?â he mumbled to himself before coming over to glance at her booth, letting out a soft chuckle at what he had. âWhat kind of things do you paint huh?â Elijahâs voice was soft in kind, just curious of what was going on at this event. It was quite the array of things. âWhat is this even called anyway.â he asked pointing around to the event grounds.
it was strange, most people were enjoying the festival in pairs or friends and family- he, the person she just reeled in, was walking alone. it made her wonder why he chose to come alone. yoora wasnât going to ask though- at least not directly. she was nosy, but she didnât act on it unless she knew it wasnât overstepping boundaries. watching as he took the bait and walked over, she gave him an excited smile. âwhat kind?â, she puckered her lips in thought. âall kinds! i can do hearts and unicorns, i can do fire and lightening- animals too. you name it, and i can paint it.â - âiâm the worldâs best face painter.â yoora finished jokingly. following his next question, she tilted her head- âwho doesnât know about lantern festivals?â she figured that must be the reason why he was wandering alone. âitâs a lantern festival, where people release lanterns into the sky after writing on them.âÂ
