Finally done with this one. Definitely challenged myself again with drawing an LMG & an M16. I've never done that before.

African Monsters: American HUNTERS

My Brother's Keeper

1975, near the end of the Vietnam War, two brothers: Quinn Eliott(older) & Orion Eliott(younger), deployed to find dogtags of soldiers K.I.A in the assigned area that's nearly evacuated.

Progress is being done, until the brothers found what seemed to be a soldier's corpse in-doors. Orion retrieved the tags, the corpse came to life when he turned his back. The brothers fought, noticed the fangs, Quinn brougt out his cross, the undead corpse didn't like it, Quinn shot it in the head but only stunned it, Orion kicked him out the door & the corpse burned to ash in sunlight. The brothers realized

that was a Vampire. The priority become getting to an evac point, but they have to survive the night.

They bumped into a destroyed village, Quinn knew enough Vietnamese to ask what happened & translate a villager that's barely alive & not bitten. He explained the Vampires and their Leader, who the Vietnamese called: Mắt Trăng(Moon Eyes). With only one other detail, that the Leader looks Vietnamese, but...ancient.

The brothers forged ahead, armed with remaining ammo, and quickly carved wooden stakes, though they'd only be a last resort because all that matters is stunning the Vampires with headshots & moving. They bunkered down, with Quinn staying on-guard. They were attacked by more Vampires & their Leader, a Vietnamese man from the 1850s, when the French first took Vietnam land. Whose twisted goal is fighting back against all oppressors, and he knew that the brothers' people suffered the same way.

Quinn protected Orion, getting bitten & he held the vampires off while fighting bite & hoped the blow up everyone with grenades. He survived, still hanging on, his body landed by a barely intact Christian Church. For some reason, the Cross & the remains of the Church didn't hurt him. It was day time, but Quinn aimed to help his brother get away, before waiting for the Sun to rise. Until dusk, he neeled & stayed there, recited Bible verses, fighting the Vampires' urgers & Moon Eyes' hivemind.

Orion made it to an evac point, but all communications are wrecked & many American soldiers dead. There was a surviving message, saying there is an intact chopper that those soliders meant to get to, but they were over-run. It's a long walk to the point & it will be night time again when he gets there.

Quinn is still at the church, fighting the urges but sees the Vampires' Hive Mind. It starts to become dusk & 2 Vampires were chasing a kid. The brother fought them with a newfound strength & even though a living person was in front of him, he fought the hunger for blood & told the kid in Vietnamese, to keep running.

Mắt Trăng & the hive are getting closer to the Orion's location, which Quinn hurries to. It's Night, the 2 brothers are reunited, fought the vampires again & Quinn killed the leader with a wooden stake. Causing the rest to burn & flee, but the eldest brother is unaffected remains unchanged. He meant to stay, but...his brother popped him in the head to knock him out.

The chopper also had an empty casket for the eldest to sleep in during the day. They get home, are discharged & after that they decided to hunt monsters across the US, & learn how Quinn is fighting the urges. But he'll have to drink Cow's blood. Orion declined getting bitten, so they agreed that when Orion goes, Quinn takes a wooden stake or sunlight himself & goes with him.

Real Name: Abel Gerhardt

Once again, no other changes aside from the inspiration for his persona: the family dog, Armin, was a great companion growing up after his family's murder, was brave protecting him when the butler/father figure: Randall Hoffmann, couldn't. After Abel returned home after his years of training, Armin passed.

And during the equivalent fight of Superman & Zod, Abel actually lost someone close that day, Randall. He kept tabs on Absolution since, and didn't aim to fight him after monitoring what was seemingly him on destructive sprees & on very specific locations.

Another Mutant Villain OC, because that stupid Black Xavier/Black Mangeto discussion popped up again(neither character is Black, PERIOD!):

Alderic "Terren" Schmidt

Powers: - Terrakinesis (When mastered, Crystals & Metal can be manipulated as well)

Born in 1930 Germany, right before WW2, to a German mother & an African father who was originally stationed on Rhineland after WWI, but stayed.

Witnessed the treatment of Black people & especially other mixed children during the Rhineland Sterilization Program in 1937, when 500 children were sterilized. His parents were able to keep him safe at that time, but others weren't so lucky. Alderic's best friend, basically an older sister to him, died after complications from the sterilization.

On that same day, his parents were killed by German Soldiers & that's when his Mutant powers awakened. He slaughtered all the soldiers present. Then decided to use his power to help destroy WW2 Germany from within, but had to hone his strength. For seven years, Alderic quietly killed foes. In 1944, he aimed to destroy the Concentration Camp that was made in what used to be his home village. He managed to save many, and survivors started telling story of "Die Wut der Erde"(The Rage of the Earth).

After WW2, Alderic decided to protect Black & Jewish people in Germany. But when he heard word that many WW2 German Soldiers & Scientists managed to flee the country, he aimed to hunt all of them that lived & werent already caught, brought in for the Nerumberg Trials & executed(or captured & killed by other means), and destroy others that share that same mindset.

He didn't understood what being a Mutant was until decades later, and thought the conflict between Xavier & Magneto was stupid, that Mutants and Humans shouldn't fight amongst each other & that they should focus on destroying the transgressors of ALL Humankind because he lived through that time where such people caused so much pain. "Fear & Anger will only fester into a worse form. Such a disease cannot be cured."

Terren thought Mansa wasn't doing enough to destroy all transgressors, saw Emir as too wreckless & no different from the Germans because he too causes destruction to innocents, Xavier as too soft, and Magneto as too harsh on all of humanity. But Terren is one of few that can even have just a conversation on views with Magneto, because Alderic & Erik are from WW2 Era Germany.

Terren never thought of himself as a Leader & intended to work alone as he always did, until meeting Mutants through his travels that shared the same views on the Mutant/Human conflict. He named his group Nouvelle Terre (New Earth). And just like Mansa, he recruited Humans as well.

Corvux Part 2: Elizabeth "Liz" Aarons | Voltage

It was a normal day in Diamond, Delaware for recent graduate Elizabeth. Until 4 metas who were some former classmates but a gang of bullies at that, were causing destruction. They were about harm other classmates, but Elizabeth drew their focus. They always hated her, one of bullies threw her in a chemical tank, which mutated her & she gained Electric powers. She tried to chase the four, managed to scar one of them, but they managed to drive off into Maryland.

Elizabeth saw Lewis' interview after he killed the gang leader that killed his best friend, and decided to follow his example & go to him for help.

The two met & Lewis agreed to help, but the first task was helping Elizabeth control her powers. In the new Mini-Fortress, completed scans show that her mutation somehow has Kryptonian cells. The two encountered the gang, who each have a Kryptonian power alongside invulnerable skin.

The gang retreated for the time being because their powers have a limit at a time. Lewis & Elizabeth discovered that someone studied Quantum Juice & copied it, but specifically to grant people the powers of a Kryptonian. Thankfully it's unfinished, but Elizabeth's mutation is better than the bullies, she doesn't have their limit. And they all aren't weak to Kryptonite.

She mainly has the same energy-based powers as Superman Blue/Red. But no Heat Vision, X-Ray Vision, Super Strength, Super Hearing & Freeze Breath.

She can also cause storms and rely on lightning strikes, or absorb tons of electricity from a Power Grid, for a boost.

Xiwangmu: The Queen Mother of The West

Goddess of Life, Death & Immortality. Also one of the oldest & strongest Goddesses in the Chinese Pantheon.

Had to draw up a Chinese God because of Disney turning Hera, a GREEK Goddess, Asian. They casted Ming-Na Wen, who deserves WAY better than Liberal, Self-Hating White Hollywood breadcrumbs.

Forever baffled that BILLION-dollar Hollywood can't do what I'm doing. And they're ironically the most racist, because they think Black Folks, Asians, etc., are too good for their own stuff. Why do you think they don't take notes from Black Panther & Sinners?

Atsou's True Adze Form

Nothing much to add except in Aaminata's last battle, she seals Atsou for 200 years, which costed her own life. Enough time for Lazarus to help restore the Nyongo Tribe, spread their teachings, find other Spirit Mask descendants & prepare for Atsou's return in the year 2025.

First New Classics Challenge of the year, and one that I've been planning for a while |

African Monsters: HUNTERS

(Quick mention, after He-Man's Raxe bs, I'm still the only one putting in more effort on making new stuff than these lazy, billion-dollar studios).

Last Of The Nyongo:

The Nyongo Tribe fought supernatural forces for centuries, until Atsou, the strongest Adze & the Alpha of all monsters, nearly wiped them out.

In 1825 Camerooon, The 2 remaining are the Grandmother and Head Of The Tribe: Aaminata, & Grandson: Lazarus. They still hunt, but lay low until The Grandson's training is completed. Lazarus believed that their Tribes' teachings should be shared, and that they can't keep hunting monsters alone. One day, he met other hunters that are part of no tribe, and one shows the sign of being related to another ancient tribe: a Spirit Mask, believed to be great power from The Gods, passed onto mortals.

The Grandmother was stubborn to keep the teachings of their tribe, but fate forced her hand. She proclaimed the Grandson the new Head Of The Tribe, before her final battle with Atsou ended in sacrificing her life to seal him for 200 years.

Enough time to restore The Nyongo, spread teachings & help form new Tribes to hunt and prepare for Atsou's return. Also through that time, other monsters such as Were-Hyena Queen Ugaas, learned of Atsou's temporary fate & gathered strength to become new Alphas. Ugaas' preparation for him was personal.

Absolution's Symbol: House Of Aan. Means Salvation.

This started because of the Saudi SnyderVerse rumors. If they were true, Zack Snyder would not get the DC license. I've said that he should recycle Knightmare into it's own thing.

I meant to draw this Superman-equivalent Symbol for a while. More ideas popped up & I listed them. I'll be able do draw most of them because there's a base to work with.

I'm already working on a full look for Absolution.
