i need to stop discrediting myself from my blessings and anything good that comes my way that makes me feel happy.

need more wholesome, positive interactions, less ego filled rooms and environments where people need validation in order to be themselves.

want more peace and quiet but also need something to blur out the loud thoughts when it’s quiet.

need to be more in touch with my emotions so i’m not numb towards others but less in my head about everything i do so i don’t remain stagnant.
