*deep breath* I'm grateful to be in a place where I can peel away the layers of anger to identify the form of grief I'm experiencing, and then follow up with more proactive measures to initiate healing.

I'm grateful that I no longer wish to be stuck in pain. I'm starting to truly embrace how that temporary feeling of "power" that comes from holding onto the anger or disappointment is only a harmful roadblock in the path to healing, & that healing can start at any moment.
