My sweeth tooth radar was going off, so decided to make myself a treat. Here's the recipe if you're interested.

Seared Pork Chop with an apple fennel and bourbon jus, red apple caramelized with brown sugar, and smoked goat cheese croquets.

A lot of people I know try to impress me by recommending a restaurant they've never been to, but heard of from someone. So after I check it out, and dislike it, this is pretty much the excuse I get from them ahaha.
