This somehow was very painful to do, but that was my fault soo,,,
anyway i'm not too proud of this one but i'm still happy I finished it in time because this was RUSHED.
So here's some lore on my ver of their life if anyone interested:
so Kaeya was placed in Mondstat when he was 6 year old(which is probably much younger than he did in canon but that's my HC)
he pretty much lived with the Ragnvindr(yes it's misspelled on the video again I was rushing this at 2 in the morning) for 2 years before Crepus asked Kaeya if he was comfortable enough being officialy adopted by him, let Kaeya think it over before he accepted to be part of the family, it got officially(like legally, because let's be honest he was already family wayy before it) adopted on his 8th birthday. so now he's "Kaeya Ragnvindr"
(By the way Kaeya didn't tell them his last name back then, but somehow Crepus found out, be it when Kae get sick and talk in his delirium, idk, and wanted to change it to "Kaeya Ragnvindr Alberich" but he was hesitant to, because he didn't know Kaeya's relationship with his bio family and they we're already in a pretty comfortable family and didn't want to make him upset. AND in the present I like to think Kae did change it to that so he has both important part of his past life together)
I'd like to think Kaeya didn't join Diluc to be a knight immediately because he thought he wasn't cut enough to be one, before getting told by Diluc that he was more than strong enough to be a knight if he ever wanted to. before gaining more confidence and fully join at 14, but he did train along diluc since he was 10. (while Diluc join at 12 and became captain at 14)
When their father died Kaeya didn't celebrate his 17th birthday he only cried next to his father grave.(sorry i didn't have enough time to draw it)
He did "celebrate" his 18th birthday but just used one of the cupcakes Adelinde forced him to take with him put a candle and a single blueberry.
The other birthdays felt a blur to him. He did celebrate them but je doesn't even really remember them.
Before that change on his 23th birthday where he start to break from that cycle. :]
Honestly that one was from the past, In the real genshin present now, he's 25/26 probably.
