Study Cube

Study Cube is a small wooden cubicle that accommodates just one person. It’s function is to help people concentrate while they study by getting rid of all the noises and distractions that normally surround them.

Important Note: Yes, I agree it’s not a cube, but Study Rectangular Prism just sounded wrong.

And after a LONG time of not doing any of these, have Steampunkstuck Aranea! White dots are either mini pearls or diamond beads etc. Like with most of my designs, they’re up to interpretation. :)

Also there have been some questions on how I pictured the symbols being done - if you have the machine or are patient enough to do by hand, I’d say embroidery would look nicest, but if not applique would be lovely! I’d just avoid doing paint, but otherwise go nuts. :)

"After marking the fifth anniversary of his Top of the Standard club during Fashion Week, hotelier Andre Balazs has reason to keep celebrating. His company has been tapped by Port Authority officials to develop JFK’s historic TWA terminal — and Page Six can exclusively reveal that the hotel project will be called the Standard, Flight Center.

The Eero Saarinen-designed terminal will be transformed into a hotel and conference center, along with food and beverage offerings, retail space, a spa and fitness center, meeting facilities and a flight museum.” [via]
