A Late Night Reminder
It’s okay to feel negative emotions. I created my blog to help others and to spread positivity at all times because I know a lot of people need a little hand, but don’t forget that if you feel angry or sad or jealous, that’s okay. It’s okay to be jealous of something or someone. It’s okay to be mad at someone or something and it’s okay to be down sometimes too. These are just human emotions just like happiness, calmness and other positive emotions. I’m not saying to be angry or sad all the time but if something happens to make you feel one of these, Don’t feel bad about it and most importantly don’t let yourself dread on this emotion. It’s hard to get out of a negative feeling at times but it is possible. Let yourself accept all types of feelings even if they are anger or other emotions. It’s like getting through a really rough patch of mud, If you really try to get through it instead of just letting yourself be stuck in it, Then you can get to where you’re going. Remember, I believe in you all. You all stay strong please, You’re needed. ❤️
You can get through this. Your courage is there and it’s beautiful.
Sick Season
Hello loves, I hope you’re all doing well and doing good. This post today is all about how to protect yourself in this winter season against any flus, colds and etc. Whether you live in a cold climate at the moment or hot and sicknesses are going around, I hope this helps!
- If you want, get a flu shot! Personally, Flu shots never worked for me. I always seemed to get the flu anyway but if it works for you then continue doing so if you want!
- Wear a mask to help you avoid getting others sick if you’re already sick yourself or just so others don’t get you sick.
- Carry germ X on you always always always!! It’s very important especially if you’re out in public areas and touching a grocery cart at the grocery store or the bathroom and always wash your hands very well too.
- If you live somewhere cold, Don’t forget to wear lots of layers and a good pair of socks and boots. Never let your chest be exposed to the harsh winter breeze.
- Never share any drinks, silverware, chapstick or anything as such with others.
- Keep your hands off your face because when you do, the germs from your hands then transport onto your face.
- Stay away from sick people. This is the most obvious one but just try to avoid sick people if you can. If you are in a situation where you can’t avoid this such as if your family member is sick or a roommate, make sure to wear a mask and or don’t get too close.
- Sneeze and cough properly. By this I mean just to cough/sneeze into an elbow. Don’t sneeze without covering and don’t cough without covering either so you don’t get others or yourself sick!
- If you do happen to get sick (best wishes to get better soon!) relax at home. Take care of yourself and make yourself some chicken noodle soup and stay hydrated! Maybe watch some of your favorite movies or shows to comfort you.

I’m okay.
Hello everyone and sorry for my absence. I wasn’t feeling very good today and felt nauseous and I kept gagging and then I fainted and next thing I knew I was in an ambulance. I’m okay though and slowly getting better. ❤️
Giving Yourself a Break
I’ll be a little inactive for a few days because I’m in lots of pain but before I rest up some, Here’s a list of things you can do to give yourself a break. Giving yourself a break is very important, especially if you’re going through a tough time or even if you just want to wind down! Life can be stressful at times and taking a step down for a little bit to really take in the good things in life is important.
1. Run yourself a warm bath with bath bombs or even with bubbles to give you a nostalgic feeling of being a kid again! Throw some candles on the side for some more affect too if you want.
2. Play some calming meditation music and let yourself relax into the music. Or, just play some throwback songs that make you feel warm inside!
3. Wear something that makes you feel confident or comfy! Which ever one, Just make sure it makes you feel good.
4. Call up a close friend to rant to or even just to talk if you haven’t chatted in a while! You may feel better.
5. Watch your favorite show or movie! Go on a binge watch of your favorite movies or shows. It always cheers me up and helps me sometimes forget about reality for a while.
6. Speaking of forgetting about reality, Read a good book! A good book can definitely almost always make you get lost in it.
7. Take a nap. Sometimes all we need is just a good and restful nap to get us energized again in life.
8. Cook or bake a fulfilling meal. Even if you don’t have company, Doesn’t mean you can’t make a great meal or dessert. It can be fun sometimes also if you look up new recipes!
9. Go outdoors for a while! Sometimes while we go through rough periods of time, we can easily forget the good parts about life so going outside and remembering is what’s important to do sometimes. Breathe in the fresh air of nature and feel nature’s soft breeze against your skin. You’re alive and okay. Embrace the good parts in life, even when you can’t see them, Doesn’t mean that they aren’t there. Stay strong everyone, You CAN do this. Goodnight loves.
Becoming Eco Friendly
Lately I’ve been researching a lot more on going green and how to treat the earth a little more kinder and this is the inspiration behind this post. I hope you enjoy and if I got anything incorrect, let me know! I never want to give out false information. Otherwise, Hope this helps y’all!
First and foremost, What is eco friendly?
Eco friendly - Not harmful to the environment. Earth friendly.
Why should people be eco friendly? Well eco friendly products (ex/ Clothes made from recycled fabrics, reusable coffee cups, stainless steel water bottles, etc) promote green living that help conserve energy and also prevent air, water and noise pollution. They prove to be boon for the environment and also prevent human health from deterioration. Here are some quick facts about the environment.
25% of the bottled water you buy is really municipal tap water.
In the last 200 years, we added 2.3 billion tons of Carbon Dioxide into our atmosphere. Half of this was added in the last 35 to 50 years.
Now onto the fun part! How to become more eco friendly.
Now the most obvious one is to not litter. Don’t throw trash on the highway, beach, grass etc. In 1975, the National Academy of Sciences estimated that 14 billion pounds of garbage was being dumped into the ocean every year. That's more than 1.5 million pounds per hour and most likely, harming tons of animals all the time!
Next is to do your research on it. To really help out the earth, You must learn first on how to help it out. What products to stop and start using and as well as seeing trash on the ground, pick it up and throwing it away. I did this a lot last summer and I genuinely felt so good about it, It’s very self rewarding as well as helping out the earth little by little.
Passion is another thing you could use because it’ll just be tougher on you if you don’t feel motivated to help the earth. Make yourself want to help out and know that what you’ll be doing could possibly be a great change in the world, even if small. 💞
Conserve water and electricity! Few simple ways like turning off lights when not in use, fixing leakages, proper insulation, using maximum daylight, installing energy efficient windows, purchasing energy efficient gadgets can reduce your daily energy consumption.
Plant more! This is a favorite one of mine because not only is a great for the environment but it’s really fun to do! I enjoy doing this during summertime and it’s a great way to pass time as well. Even if you aren’t exactly a green thumb, It could be an interesting hobby to get into, you never know! 🌲
Protect local water sources! Hazardous materials such as oil, paint and ammonia as well as others should never be disposed onto the ground as for they’ll seep into the groundwater. You can join local water conservation groups to help with this.
