Love that it's called The Ones Who Live mainly to honor Carl, their son, and acknowledge that Rick's motivation for everything he ever did was ALWAYS founded on his love for his family. It was losing Carl that made him become a dead man walking and it was Michonne giving him Carl back that allowed him to live again. It even makes the main series more hopeful and rewatchable just knowing that Carl always has been and always will be Rick's core reason for living. Carl gave him Michonne, Carl created this new family unit, Carl's love for his dad and Rick's love for Carl is infused in every part of their family even though Carl is (physically) gone. Michonne made sure of it.
