Arriving, he parked his car in their shared garage. Getting out, he went through the back door.

“Luna, where you at?”

Luna was already making her way through the house towards him when she heard his voice. She needed this time with him, alone, just the both of them, so they could get over whatever funk they were caught in. Luna ignored the hesitation she felt towards him and went to wrap her arms around him.. She buried her face in the crook of his neck.

“I miss you. ’

X stood there and let her have her moment. He rested his chin on her head. “Missed you.” he pulled away shortly thereafter. “I don’t want this to be a pattern Luna. If we gonna do this, we need to stick with it.” He cupped her face and kissed her lips. “That aint only for you, its for me too. We gotta get our shit together.”

Luna nodded at what he was saying. He was right either they had to do it right or leave it alone because at this point, it was starting to become counseling. But their relationship was complicated, as hell.

“We gotta do it or leave it alone.”
