Antonio nodded as he explained to him. ââ I am not very good at them but the way you explain it sounds very easy.ââ He told him and looked down at him as he started demonstrated it to him. He looked at his abdomen then back at his face. ââ None ever told me that before, alright I will give it a try.ââ Antonio got on them and pulled his body upwards, turning sideward slightly like he explained to him then back down, he did this a few times before stopping. ââ Was that good?â
How the other wasnât good at simple sit-ups, he wasnât sure, but Gabriel remained in his seated position as the other sat down next to him, watching as he completed a few crunches in a manner like he did. âYes, thatâs good. Since youâre still fresh to crunches, though, my advice is to get someone to hold onto your feet or prop them under a couch or something for leverage, that way they donât try to lift up as you do,â Gabriel stated before he rose to his feet to grab a couple of dumbbells, starting with twenty-pounds - for each hand - before he held them out towards the other male. âNow for arm curls. Theyâre pretty straightforward. You just hold onto a dumbbell and curl your arm inward.â
