Semi-Hiatus

University and I’m not feeling too great emotionally lately. I might be on a little but overall, I’m going to attempt to concentrate on my life. I’m sorry if I owe you + you’ve been waiting for a reply.

Sherlock managed to shrug at his words, a hand moving over Jack’s wrist. He just placed it there; he didn’t tighten his grip or anything like that. Despite how cool it was. “I honestly don’t know.” He whispered, but he quickly continued. “But we can cross that bridge when we come to it; for now, we need to talk, Jack, and that does not involve this.” He pressed down, very lightly, on Jack’s wrist. “Let. Me. Go.”

Even if Sherlock were to run from him after their talk, Jack would always be able to find him. There was no place on this planet that the boy could hide from him. So he relented, for now. “Alright, we will talk. Though I am curious as to what you want first out of this that you would even consider giving in so easily,” Jack released the boy’s neck with a caress to the now cooled flesh.

His hand lingered on the boy’s wrist though, not squeezing but just holding it gently, lovingly. To be honest the Winter spirit didn’t want to hurt Sherlock; he wanted him to live a long long life by his side. If he had wanted the boy dead he would have run him through with an ice shard before he had even had a chance to back away from him the moment he denied his request.

Sherlock gave him a very small look, thankful that the hand wasn’t firmly around his neck anymore. And with his slight, newly fond freedom, he took a hold of Jack’s hand and moved, pulling him gently behind him. “Alright, I want to know what you want first. Specifics. I want to know just how far you want to restrict me from having a normal life.” He sat down on the sofa. Not like he’d ever have a normal life anyway, but still. It
