Over 10,000 dogs are slaughtered for the Yulin dog meat festival every year. They are kept in an awful condition in preparation for the festival, transported for a long distance to Yulin, are burned, skinned, dragged from cars, chopped up, and boiled while they are alive. Many are even stolen dogs, who has had a loving family to look after for them. What would you do if this were done to your dog? This festival needs to be stopped completely before the day of June 21. Please sign the petition in my bio to help out. We can’t let any more innocent creatures to be slaughtered for our own taste buds and “entertainment”! But we should not only raise awareness to the killing of “pets” but also to these of all kinds of animals. Why is it that people just pretend that they can’t see the slaughter they support every day? Why do we love dogs and cats but eat cows, pigs, and chicken with no problem? Wear leather and fur? im hoping that #stopyulin2015 could get more people to know what is happening to all these innocent animals all over the world.
