@holeinthewallcoffee Is my go-to neighborhood coffee shop, restaurant, brunch spot, work spot. The food is delicious, lots of people go there to eat, work, and just enjoy the vibe. . @fparasecoli #globalbrooklyn Food, Clientele, Music, Food & Decor certainly is very relaxed and comfortable. Clip board for the check, repurposed wine bottles as water bottles, lots of greens. Food, avocado toast, smoothies and other health foods. Overall, I think it is a true H spot in Fidi. Seeing the people that work there interacting with others made me feel that not necessarily the location. Today I'm working @the.wing in #soho with @pretty_balanced Thanks for the invite ❤️ It's such an amazing #workspace for every kind of working woman. It has whatever you need, a cafe, showers, make up room, pump room for mums, quiet sections, phone booth area for those important phone calls. The even sell products. I finished a paper here, so conducive. . @fparasecoli #globalbrooklyn Located in the heart of soho, this place caters to #women. Elements of H culture is engrained here, just like other spots we've been studying it caters to a certain crowd. Decor fits the bill, however working at #thewing is on membership basis. Not exactly H in terms of economics but very much so in decor, food, crowd and exclusivity. This little #ramen place is so casual and comfortable. The crowd, lighting, use of repurposed wood and bottles. The minimalist decor and the very casual staff in black tees makes it very approachable. The food, specially crafted ramen I ordered was interesting, delicious and a good lesson for me on the use of black sesame seeds. In this case it thickened the sauce, I actually have never thought about using sesame seeds as a thickening agent. It was served with spicy fried curry chicken. Many times when I eat something super spicy I hear @ryan_marcus saying #TheSpiceIsNice lol "inside joke". @anejonyc In #hellskitchen The repurposing of liquor bottles, using them to serve water. Can we call it minimalist, no waste, recycling, and probably cost effective better than buying pitchers. This is in almost every #nycrestaurant now. It looks great, fits well with the industrial ceilings, the bars red bricks, and the graffiti art on the wall it all says #globalbrooklyn project, which is one of the best assignments I’ve ever had 💃🏽 The crowd definitely fits into the H world @fparasecoli, in dress, demeanor and just being in their own worlds. This made me wonder weather the kind of dinners they attract have changed over the years or stayed the same. Oh and did I say the #tuna #ceviche was amazing too. The #coffeebar fits #globalbrooklyn topic. It’s a very chill and cozy environment. I see it fitting well into brooklyn, with #coffee from Kenya and other parts of the world, the #coffeeart to go. Simple, delicious and nutritious #sandwiches. The Edison bulbs, and rustic decor you see in many #nyc and #brooklyn spots.
