crying screaming throwing up i tried to make gnocchi and this is what happens
what would’ve been a soft, potato-y vessel for sauce turned into this bug lookin flour tasting dumpling abomination
but who am i to hide my failures? i tried and i recognize that i added way way way to much flour.
luckily we had a spare pack of angel hair pasta that went with my sauce ( a brown butter sage cream sauce that came out a little on the sweet side if i have to nit-pic) still really good though!
when i sent a picture of this little f e l l a
to my mom she dubbed it the glorious name of “dumpling” and i think he is my blog mascot now <3
