Hiatus
It's with a heavy heart that I write this. I'm going on hiatus I'm not sure for how long. I lost my husband a couple days ago in a motorcycle accident. He was on his way home when he was struck and killed. I can't find it my heart to write anymore. I lost my my best friend and my light. I will leave the blog up so people can read my works. Again I'm taking a hiatus and thank you to all my followers!

Hi anon thanks for asking! Honestly I'm doing alright I have my good days and my bad days. It still doesn't feel real that my fiancé is gone, I'm trying to come to terms with it but I'm lost without him. I lost my best friend and soulmate.

Okay so. For those who don’t know yet: I’m a huge Rengoku simp. Pretty sure he’s my #1 fave ever. So of course I have to write for him, and of course I have to share the love uwu

The way Kyojuro ate may be a little embarrassing when you’re out, but when you’re at home and you’re the one cooking, nothing is more rewarding. You hadn’t even made something special, but seeing your boyfriend eat it with so much joy always made you feel special.
In all honestly, everything he did made you feel special. The way he’d compliment you without any hesitation, just because it popped up in his head. How he’d easily pick you up and twirl you around or even carry you, dismissing any and all protest about you being heavy, or about you being able to walk by yourself. The firmness of his hold on you in contrast to the softness of the kisses he gave on your forehead. The way Kyojuro was around you was always reassuring, validating, making you feel like you were perfect just the way you were.
“Thank you for the meal, my love!”
Kyojuro beamed at you as he put down his chopsticks, making you feel like the sun was shining just for you at that moment. That smile was enough to make you fall for him all over again. With a smile of your own, you stepped a bit closer to him.
“Hey Kyo, did you know I can hold the whole world in my hands?” “You can? That’s impressive, Y/N!” “Do you want to see?” “I would love to see such a technique!”
With a smile, closed the distance between yourself and the red-haired man and placed both of your hands on his cheeks cupping his face gently. His smile dropped a little, making place for confusion.
“Love? What are you doing?” “Holding my whole world in my hands.”
Kyojuro’s eyes widened a little, before a smile made its way onto his face again, even bigger than the first one. You could’ve sworn there was a little shine to his eyes, but barely had time to admire it before Kyojuro leaned down, hooked his arms around your knees and lifted you up against him so you were looking down on him. The sudden lack of solid ground under your feet made you shriek.
“I can hold the whole world too, Y/N!” he exclaimed, beaming up at you with joy. You laughed, and Kyojuro joined you, filling the room with a harmony of laughter. “Kyo, can you lower me a little?” “Of course! Sorry, I didn’t know the height made you uncomfortable.” Kyojuro moved his hands from your knees to your hips, lowering you until your face was level with his. You placed your hands on his cheeks again, and leaned in to kiss him. Kyojuro’s arms tightened a little around you as he responded to your kiss, basking in the affection you always were so happy to give him. “I love you Kyo.” “I love you too!”
