They were special individuals, who happened to use Water Breathing. Kanzaki Aoi used the Water Breathing technique, once upon a time. She was not a special individual, and she accepted this. Even if it felt like she was drowning every single time Tanjiro came back hurt from another mission.
ONE SHOT. The best fic about this pair so far. Aoi struggles while dealing with all the things she witnesses as a medical support. She can do nothing but wait and hope her cherished ones to survive and it causes her so much distress.

I really like this one, but its been almost a year without an update, so I'm not sure if it is really ongoing :cc
