while i can't tell exact chapter (usually...), you can identify by the art style and clothes.

this style and clothing is right after roppo-ichiza arc, vol11!

while this style is from EARLY noroshi arc

this style is late noroshi:

obviously there is overlap but if he's wearing checkered shirt: roppoichi. long black coat: noroshi. you can then tell by the artstyle if it's early or late in each arc.
