Hello tumblr! Two years ago, I adopted a 9 year old chihuahua from the shelter. Her name is Cheli and shes now 11 years old.

Her previous owners surrended her to the shelter after having her for 9 years because of a divorce. Luckily, the shelter gave me copies of her previous medical records which included the phone number for the ex-wife (the ex-husband was the one who surrendered her, not the wife.)

When I got in contact with her to let her know I adopted her old buddy and to let her know shes safe with me, she shared a ton of pics and videos of her when she was a puppy. As you can see, my girly girl is quite grey now.

Particularly, she shared with me that Cheli used to love a blue snowflake toy. It was her favorite. Although I provide her with two trunks full of puzzles and toys, I would love for her to have a copy of her old snowflake toy pictured above from her puppy photos.

The wife said the ex-husband threw all her toys away, so it isnt possible to get her original one.

I am offering a $50 bounty to anyone who has this AKC snowflake toy or helps me find a purchaseable active online listing for it. Used or new.

(Already checked the AKC website and as of February 8th 2025, it isnt currently listed.)

Design Furby’s Surfboard Contest June 28th, 2023 - July 31st, 2023 by 10 pm Pacific Time Only one Winner

You must be 13 years or older to participate. If you are under 18, you must have parent’s permission to share your mailing address to ship out your prizes.

Any participant from any country can join. I will cover the cost of international shipping for your prizes.

You are NOT limited to using the template provided. You may create an entry entirely from scratch, but please make sure it includes a Furby and a surfboard.

If you choose to use the template, it is available as a transparent .PNG, Photoshop PSD file, Paint Tool Sai file, Clip Studio Paint file, file for printing, etc You may download the files from the announcement post.

You may submit as many entries as you like.

Entries must be PG-13.

T-shirt color, size, and Furby image can be changed to any Furby summer images provided.

Towel can be any summer Furby image provided or a mixed collage of several.

Contest is open to all countries and prizes will be shipped internationally if needed.

You may submit as many entries as you want. Only one winner will be chosen.

Do not submit anything inappropriate including excessive blood and gore, weapons including knives and guns, drugs/cigarettes, or anything sexually explicit. Vacation juice or mild alcohol items is allowed but do not depict drunk Furbys. Mild use of blood is allowed (such as the teeth on a vampire or zombies.)

Submissions written in Furbish, please provide a translation. Submissions written in languages other than English or Spanish, please provide a translation.

Feliz Dia De Los Muertos

Everyday, we miss the baby girls. From left to right, top to bottom: Rosie, Chiquis, Misty, and Bec

Last night, I had a dream I was sitting in the living room watching TV and my boyfriend came up to me, holding Chiquis and handing her over to me. She had the same expectant look on her face she always had when she saw me. She was a real daddy's girl. I was shocked in disbelief and joy, exclaiming, "Chiquis is alive?!" I eagerly took her from him, hugged her, and held her in my left arm, which was her favorite spot.

As I am sure you can assume, I was quite sad when I woke up, missing my baby girly girl Chiquis. Mi chiquita y chiquiada. 😔
