I think that Bro would be predominantly a sadist rather than a masochist like Dirk had been. I think the only injuries that would get Bro turned on to receive are ones from his darling trying (and failing) to fight him off.

I do think he has a thing for medfet too, and similarly to Dirk he can enjoy doing something that is very arousing for him without initiating a round of sex. For example, if he had some really rough sex with his darling, he would quite enjoy stitching their wounds closed while hearing them cry and whimper over the lack of pain killers. Once he's done patching them up, he might choose to initiate another round (likely just something self-gratifying, like jacking off onto his darling's face or forcing them to suck him off), but he might just choose to drop sex for the night instead.

On a similar note, I think he would like humiliation as well. Whether that's jacking off on his darling's face while they're restrained and can't wipe it off or spitting on his darling or something else entirely, he wouldn't really care so long as it gets results. I think he would enjoy doing humiliating things to his darling more than he would enjoy ordering his darling to do humiliating things. I do think that, if his darling were especially resistant to humiliation, Bro might even go to the level of getting explicit photos and videos of his darling and pretending that he'll share them online (or pretending that he's already shared them, and that his darling will have to do a really good job at whatever Bro wants to get him to take the content down).

I already talked a little bit about how I think he would have a thing for abortion if his darling had a uterus. It is the perfect intersection of humiliation, sadism, and medfet for him. He gets to keep his darling's legs spread wide open where he can see everything, he gets to administer the abortive, and he gets to listen to them whine and cry about how badly the contractions hurt while they thrash against the restraints. And, he gets to pump a new one into his darling basically as soon as the contractions stop.

Are there any fics in the works 👀

There are far too many fics in the works. Unless I get a sudden burst of inspiration for another project, I think that the next full piece that'll be posted here on this blog is the oneshot I've been talking about a little; it's Dirk x reader x John, with the general premise of them adopting a puppy for the reader. With fair warning for animal cruelty in all 3 parts and animal death in one of the two endings I'll write. Other than that I've also been touching on a oneshot that is alpha Dave x reader, basically just going into the abduction.

Would any of the yanderes ever allow their darling outside? Like if they've been kidnapped already and have made it clear that being outside (whether in public or nature or anything) would be the only thing that would make them happy. Could any be convinced to take them out in exchange for total obedience and reciprocation/not fighting back?

If Rose is god tiered, she'd be willing to let her darling outside with her sometimes. After all, if her darling plans on escaping while outside, she'll know and just won't take them outside that time.

If Jade is god tiered or even just dog tiered, she would be willing to let her darling go outside. It wouldn't be around other people, but she could use her powers to teleport her darling and herself to some remote location in nature. If her darling did try to escape during one of those outings though, there would be serious punishments in place, and her darling would not get the opportunity to go outside again. She would not warn her darling of the stakes beforehand, so it would be a genuine test of if her darling would really be better behaved if they got some time outside.

Dave does really want to have a normal relationship with his darling. As such, if he thinks he can truly trust his darling to behave themselves while outside, he would be willing to take them out. He'd probably be sneaky about not letting them be seen, at least not in areas where they could be recognized.

Jake could be swayed into letting his darling go outside. If his darling just asks, especially if they frame it as a date idea, he'd likely be willing to go along with it. The exception would be if his darling has been fighting back or attempting to escape more than he can brush off. The punishment for trying to escape during an outing would just be not being allowed to step foot outside again.

Dirk might be willing to let his darling go outside with him on occasion. It would be dependent on his darling's behavior before they ask. If his darling has been generally well mannered before asking, he'd be willing to allow short and very closely supervised outings. They'd probably start very small, just a short walk around the block when it's already dark enough that very few people would be walking outside. If his darling does well with those, he might allow longer walks and eventually let his darling go outside with him during the day. He might even allow them to go into stores with him, but if he notices them trying to signal to anyone (or even just talk to someone without an indication of it being an escape attempt), all of the outings would be done. If his darling was not well mannered when they first asked, Dirk would be less willing to allow it, and even if they started behaving themselves later, he still might not be willing to let them go outside except for short walks at night or standing on the rooftop at night (assuming there has been zero indication of suicidal behavior). If there has been indication of suicidal behavior, his darling would not be going outside at all, even if they claimed that it would make them feel better, since unfortunately that's a privilege that would be lost if Dirk deemed it too risky, and he can't control the world outside as well as he can control his apartment.

I think alpha Dave could be talked into it. His darling would have to show reciprocation beforehand though, since he wouldn't be able to trust them to change their behavior on a whim when allowed outside. Similarly to standard Dave, he does have the urge to be in a normal relationship with his darling and go on normal dates with them. However, his situation is a lot higher stakes and he would, genuinely, need to be sneaky about it.

On a technicality, Bro would let his darling go outside. The outings would not be pleasant though, they would only occur when Bro wants to get the chance to hunt his darling down again. There wouldn't really be any time to just enjoy getting to be outside.

Also I lost the ask for it, but this is to the anon who had asked about God tier immortality in my posts and why the deaths wouldn't all be just and permanent.

As far as I remember, God tier immortality hinges on the moral value of the death itself, rather than on the God tiered person's moral character as a whole. If the most evil person got into an accident and died, they would revive because the death itself wasn't just, it was a freak accident. Similarly, the most heroic person would revive after an accident because the death itself wasn't heroic even though the person was. If this weren't the case, practically any death would fall into one category or the other because it's nearly impossible to stay perfectly morally neutral.

I touched on this in my 2025 and 2026 Easter specials, where Dirk's darling attacks him to escape. Spoilers for that below the cut.

While the initial attack was motivated by justice and a need to escape the way they were being treated, the death itself was meant to be a mercy kill because they recognized that, while they were willing to kill him to escape, he really didn't deserve the pain of slowly bleeding out in a position where he was too weak to escape or get help. Because the death was a mercy kill (motivated by the realization that their treatment within captivity wasn't horrible as far captivities go) and not a means of receiving justice, the death was ruled morally neutral and Dirk was allowed to revive. If his darling had decided he wasn't worthy of a mercy kill and had instead run out without finishing him off, the death would have been ruled just, because the cause of death would have been his darling getting revenge on him for the captivity.

This is compounded by his darling's way of thinking near the end; when they get grabbed by someone that they think they don't know on the street, their first thought is about how Dirk would have protected them if he were still around. This shows that, even after escaping and having time to themselves, they're still recognizing that there were both pros and cons to the way that Dirk had been treating them. It wasn't all bad, and even when he recaptures them they can already tell that they're forgiven and that their attack on him will not be punished.

what’s the closest bro could get to being “gentle” with his darling? i feel like he has cuteness aggression by anything darling does, including just existing and he wants to just grab and squeeze

I think that Bro could be gentle with his darling but actively chooses not to. I think that the more "gentle" times would be when Bro is patching them up after hurting them. Sure he's still probably sitting on his darling to hold them down and he's not giving them anesthesia/painkillers even if he has to stitch a wound shut, but he's careful not to bruise them more while he works.

I think the only exception would be if his darling started fighting while he was helping them (instead of lying limp and exhausted on the bed from everything Bro just put them through). In that case, Bro would be willing to hurt his darling even more until they give up, likely by pressing hard on existing bruises or digging his fingers into unstitched gashes, slightly less likely by hitting them hard, open palmed on the back/chest.

I do think Bro would also be gentle if he broke his darling or if he thought he pushed too far in a session and his darling breaking is a risk. The strict gentleness would last until his darling recovers enough to pass as "normal", but even after that he would ease up on his darling a little, since they had proven that they truly can't take what he was giving them. That's not to say he wouldn't still hurt his darling, but it would be a lot lighter and he would try to pinpoint what exactly caused the break, so that he can avoid doing that specific method to his darling again.

I am curious about bro. Does he actually love his darling, or is he jist infatuated with them? On another note, does he view them as "easily replaceable"?

One could make the argument that all yanderes are just infatuated with their darlings because they are all set on keeping them in a little environment where they can't interact with anyone else. As such, that aspect of the question is a little hard to answer, and I'll answer it with the assumption that a yandere can feel genuine love with the infatuation.

Bro does really love his darling, and there are places where that does come through. However, if someone spends three hours torturing you and also buys you your favorite dinner from your favorite restaurant, that dinner is going to be entirely overshadowed by the torture, to the point where it's like the dinner hadn't happened.

There would be a lot of similar things where the nice/loving things he does are present but are completely unremarkable in light of the awful things he does. He does not see his darling as replaceable; he's put a lot of time and effort into stalking them and if he did see them as replaceable he would snuff them instead of working to keep them alive. This is also evident in how he would try to get his darling back to normal if he broke them, rather than keeping them broken or killing them and finding a new darling. Similarly, if his darling were to die, by Bro's hand or otherwise, it would be incredibly upsetting for Bro. He wouldn't find a new darling after that; he couldn't. He'd probably just spend his time rewatching recordings of his darling and reviewing all of the data he had collected on them while they were still alive.

I misread this and went off about how Dirk would be about a darling that's another animal. 😔 My bad. Either way the first paragraph does apply to any yandere (even the trolls, honestly), and it does answer your question.

I don't think he would mind. For his darling to have the title of being his darling, it would already be past the point where physical qualities like that are no longer relevant; if he minded that, they just wouldn't be his darling.

I don't think he would be as enthused with it as he would with a horse darling, and he probably would not feel quite as guilty about not having a big fenced in yard for his darling as he would if they were part horse.

Still, he would try to take care of them as needed if they need anything special. I do think that generally he would enjoy having a darling who is an animal hybrid. After all, he is a furry (to a degree); I think he would enjoy petting his darling's more animalistic parts, like the ears and tail.

If it is any sort of predator animal like a dog, I also think he would quite enjoy getting bit. Biting as a defense mechanism would unfortunately lose all of its effectiveness because he wouldn't mind it, especially if it leaves him with a scar in the shape of his darling's mouth.

I think Dirk and Jade are a given, but do you think the others would be willing to indulge their darling and to what degree. Oh sick that sounds fun. I don't think I've ever been to a convention; surprisingly (on account of the fandom only blogs) they aren't really my thing. Getting to see new merch for your fandoms is always fun though.

I do agree that Dirk and Jade are givens. I don't even think they'd be too particular (at least compared to the others) about what character they would cosplay. I think that Roxy would also fall into that category of it being a given; you're including her and playing pretend with her, she would love to.

As for the others, I think it would largely depend on how persuasive their darling is and if their darling is willing to have them cosplay whatever character would interest the yandere most. I think that all of the "kids" (with the exception of Jane) could be talked into it with varying levels of difficulty if their darling knows what to say. As for the guardians, I think that alpha Dave and Mom LaLonde would definitely be interested, and I think that alpha Rose could be talked into it by her darling. I don't think that any of them could be talked into posting pictures of it online or taking their darling out while in cosplay. Even if there was a relationship between the yanderes here and their darling, and the darling was free and not being held captive, I don't think that going to cons and such in cosplay would be allowed, even if they're going together. Just on the principle that you wouldn't wear a cosplay to a con unless you wanted people to look at you for it.

I think that John could be talked into a lot of basic roles, especially if his darling conflated him with the character they wanted him to cosplay. They would need to hype up all of the "shared" traits, but only the ones that are good and only the ones John wants to perceive himself as having. They would also have to be ready to pick out a bunch of the characters flaws too and act like those are unique to the character and as such John is better.

I think Dave could be talked into it just by his darling really emphasizing how happy it would make them. He is very weak to being asked repeatedly and if there is an easy opportunity that he could use to get his darling on his side, he will go for it.

I think Rose would need genuine begging from her darling. The character would have to be practically a perfect fit for her personality, and her darling would have to make it undeniably obvious how badly they want her to cosplay with them.

I think Jake could be convinced into it pretty easily. Even if he isn't particularly interested in it, if his darling just talks about how much they want to see him in the cosplay, he'd probably be willing to for the sake of his darling's happiness if nothing else. He probably won't be acting too happy or enthused about it while he's in the cosplay, though.

I think that Mom LaLonde would be very similar to Roxy in how she wants to engage with her darling's interests and make it feel like they're being cared for in that way. As such, she'd be very willing to do cosplays with her darling. She might be a little more particular than Roxy about the characters that she would be willing to cosplay, though.

I think alpha Dave would be willing to cosplay with his darling pretty easily. He'd be a bit picky about characters he'd agree to cosplay, but in private there's no real reason why he shouldn't do fun things with his darling. It keeps them happy and if they're sitting still so he can help them get into cosplay, they're not running away or fighting him.

I think alpha Rose might be more easily talked into it than Rose herself. She wouldn't make her darling beg for it. She might still need some convincing, and she'll still be picky about the character she cosplays, and God help her darling if they end up actually not enjoying cosplaying with her as much as they thought they would, but she'd eventually agree to cosplay certain characters.

I think he'd get both sexual and emotional gratification from ponyplay. I think it would need to be a little bit more explicitly about him being a horse than just brushing his hair and praising him, but it wouldn't need to be sexualized for him to enjoy it. I don't think he would get sexually frustrated over his darling doing the nonsexual aspects of the kink and treating it as something completely nonsexual; honestly I think that if his darling thought that it would be fun but that the sexual aspect is gross, Dirk would be very good at ignoring the arousal he feels over it, so long as his darling is also on board with just ignoring that.

As for it needing to be about him being a horse, I don't think it needs to be his darling explicitly calling him a horse, but maybe just making a small remark like they're getting him ready for a show or putting some horse gear on him, even if it's not a full set up.

When I had written that, I was referring to the trope in hentai where some poor soul is stuffed into a breeding mount and a stud is loosed on them. I've since realized that that is not nearly as common knowledge as I had originally assumed haha.

I do think that, regardless of the context of the roleplay behind the scene, he would enjoy mounting his darling more than he would enjoy mounting an object while his darling watches. While I think he would enjoy voyeurism, I think he would enjoy more intimate forms of it. His darling wouldn't get to see too much of what's happening if Dirk is just fucking a breeding mount (or a stand in), compared to if they were watching him jack off.

At the same time I do think that having something like a breeding mount would let him lower his inhibitions a little. He'd always be a little overly cautious and gentle with his darling, but he doesn't have to worry about his thrusts hurting a breeding mount or a Fleshlight that's lodged between the couch cushions. If that's something that would be appealing for his darling to watch, I don't think he would mind doing it.

In a situation like that though, his darling would probably be acting as a handler, since just standing a few steps would be a little awkward. His darling could hold the lead rope and act like they're making sure he's engaging with the mount properly and staying interested.

I think he would prefer being on the horse end of it. Or maybe him and his darling can both be horses. The point is just that he wants to be the horse.

Horses are meant to be calmed, they're meant to follow, they're meant to do the job they're given. Even though they're incredibly powerful and could easily kill a human, they're still used to carry out tasks. They're still kept around despite the danger because they have a purpose. I think all of that would be quite appealing to him.

As for the specific elements of pony play, I don't think he'd be too particular about it. Whether that means being groomed or doing tricks and getting treats like a show pony, or working on whatever tasks, or being put into full tack and ridden around, or acting like he's a stallion mounting a mare/breeding mount, I don't think he'd be too picky. He just wants to be a horse.

But, I think that, with his self indulgent fantasies especially, he would be prone to believing his darling is lying about wanting to do them. Unless he has proof that his darling was interested in that fantasy (or something equivalent) before their abduction, he would assume that they don't really want to do the things he wants.

And, because he doesn't want to force his darling into doing things that are only gratifying for him, it would cause issues. I think that, if his darling would be willing to fight about it, there would be a good amount of sarcastic back and forth that would honestly read as Dirk trying to talk them out of being interested, even though it's something that Dirk so badly wants to do.

question that is related to self-harm for Dirk. do you hc him do that? if so, do you think it's a big deal for him to let his darling see? would he be ashamed if they asked "what is this" or would he think that they care about him that way?

I guess? I don't headcanon him to really self harm in a visible way (no cutting, no burning, etc.), but I do think he would overwork himself and undersleep and overexercise and force himself to interact with things and ideas that distress him (like thinking about the most absurd and improbable upsetting scenarios and planning out how he would handle them). I think he would also tend towards using especially hot or cold showers as self punishment, but I don't think that counts as self harm because he would do it to the point of discomfort rather than hypothermia/blistering burns. Because it's more of a lifestyle thing, I think it would be obvious to his darling. His darling will be seeing it happen. Almost every day.

He will deny that it's self harm though, since admitting that he hurts himself when his darling doesn't seem happy to be around him would be perhaps the most manipulative thing he could do. If his darling started trying to fight him on his declaration that it is not self harm, I think he would get genuinely upset (even if he doesn't show it). It's not a matter of care in his mind, even if they did care about him like that he wouldn't want that kind of care because that would mean that he was being manipulative and the manipulation is working.

i just wanna say i love all the hc's you've been posting these past few days!! i never really cared much for yandere x reader before i stumbled across your blog, but now i feel like i go and reread your oneshots/hc's nearly everyday since they're so well written. thank you for writing stuff that's not always sunshine and rainbows, too. ^_^;;

Thank you! I've been having a lot of fun with them haha; I think that's quite obvious. I really enjoy hearing about times when people who don't like yandere stuff or don't like x reader stuff or don't like the characters I write for let me know that they like that stuff on my blog, at least. Like I've gotta be doing something right if people are enjoying tropes they usually don't like.

And I love writing stuff that isn't sunshine and rainbows. I actually have a really hard time writing stuff that isn't fucked up on some level. If you guys ever get a pure fluff piece know that something is very wrong haha.
