I needed to sit down for a bit because I felt like I was going to throw up. My stomach is quite full; I had a 500ml Coke, two large chicken balls, and a chicken pastry. Everything was really huge, I think the place I ordered delivery from likes to serve large portions of food.
The sides of my intestines are swollen and hard. I'm waiting for my stomach to empty a bit before eating more... I also ate 2 bananas along with the Coke.. ugh.
I can't burp, which increases the pressure in my stomach even more. I rarely manage to burp, and it always sounds like a quiet, escaping burp. Especially when I overeat... I think I'll eat a few more bananas and the leftover pastry and then lie down for a bit while I massage this very sensitive tummy.
The fact that I can't eat well because of college expenses is killing me. I really want to eat but I don't have the money for it ;( It's awful.
I want to feel tight both up and down since I'm a virgin... Ugh! I need to eat something greasy and something with fiber to keep my system active and bloated for days.

I wanted to post videos of my belly, but I don't know if you'd like them... when I'm bloated, it looks disproportionate to my body and very swollen.. Sometimes I can feel the gas with my hand and I get all wet. (ᗒᗩᗕ)

I didn't forget about the yogurt! I just didn't make it because I had to go to college at night unexpectedly. I'm waiting for a time when I can be home for two days so I can enjoy it. I've been trying I'd like to be more active, but I don't have time, sorry.

I drank a liter of Activia plum yogurt about two weeks ago, and believe me, I don't regret it. I didn't have diarrhea! It completely disrupted my intestinal flora. I had a lot of gas, my stomach got huge and made all sorts of noises. My intestines haven't been the same since then; I've had daily flatulence from everything I eat, discomfort in my lower abdomen followed by hot, smelly gas... ugh. Now I think I have a slight lactose intolerance, but I'm still drinking milk and eating properly. Just imagining it makes me excited about everything I'm going to eat.
Today I pushed my bowels too far... last night when I got home from work I ate a bacon burger and a bowl of granola with 5 bananas... and had a soda to drink. I woke up with a bloated stomach and full of gas... I had flatulence at work and at college but I don't think anyone noticed.
Today I ate a lot, I've been constipated for 2 days. My stomach was already swollen from yesterday, today I ate 1 chicken pastry, a pizza bread, 2 pizzas (4 large slices of each) and a Coke during my lunch break. My stomach was already stretched when, as soon as I left work, I had a 700ml ice cream with lots of banana and gummy bears. When I got home I ate another bowl of banana with condensed milk and another large slice of the pizza I ate before. My stomach is so distended, the gas wants to come out and it's hard... ugh... 🤰🏻 So full... I need to massage it and wait for the side effects of my gluttony...
Do you ever purposely not chew food to challenge your belly?
Yes definitely. Bananas mainly, They are easy to swallow and you can feel your stomach working to break down the fiber. I remember once eating about 3 bananas, I just broke them open and swallowed large pieces. I drank some soda afterwards, my stomach felt crazy afterwards, and after a long nap I needed to go to the bathroom. But it wasn't unpleasant. 🌨️
When you spend the whole day at college with tight pants and even eating a lot of food that ferments, you don't have time to realize how big you've gotten. When you get home you realize how full of gas and food you are. Also add that you haven't been to the bathroom in 3 days... Oh my. 🍨

caught some digestion gurgles on canera for once , usually in a food coma when the tum is making these kinds of sounds lol

That's very difficult! I don't actually remember when it happened. My metabolism is very fast.

Try pizzas with lots of cheese, soda, and something with ice cream; I'll always recommend milkshakes. It's stronger than me!
And let all of that stay in your belly for a while without letting it go away.
i feel like the typical things that are supposed to make you gassy and bloated (like beans, cruciferous veg, etc) don't really work on me? I'm also not lactose intolerant and don't really have issues with dairy so I'm not sure about the effects of that. Curious if you have any advice for getting a really good bloat either without these typical ingredients or somehow maximizing their effectiveness for my body?

I understand, I'm the same way too.
In that case, pasta will do! Carbohydrates themselves cause bloating. Because it is highly fermentable in the intestines and causes increased gas, which makes you feel bloated. I always recommend mixing these two: carbohydrates, fizzy drinks, and sweets. Whatever you choose is up to you. If you want to get really bloated, eat a lot and then, after about two hours, take Imodium. But this will also bring other side effects, such as possible constipation, since your bowel movements decrease somewhat. If you don't want to be on Imodium, eat plenty of these 3 and you'll definitely feel like a balloon, your stomach will gradually empty, and even when hungry you'll feel bloated.
